Lake Front Home!! A/C, Private Pier, On Snowmobile Trail w/ Trailer Parking

This Gorgeous Lake Front Home with over 2700 sq. ft. of living space. With A/C in our home. Our Home is open All Year Round for your Northwoods Vacation. From Water Sports to Winter Sports our house will accommodate! Easy Access to the Lake for your Boat as well as walking down to the Lake to get to our Pier- 40 Ft Aluminum with Vinyl Decking and a 4x6 platform at the end. You don't have to actually use any stairs to get to the lake from our home. A gradual incline or decline. The main floor of our home has the master bedroom as well as the master bath which leads to the deck which was recently painted and also has a wheelchair ramp.

The Master Bedroom was updated last year with vanity and flooring.
We have painted the 2 Upstairs Bedrooms, the Master Bedroom on the Main Floor, Game Room/ Basement Family, 4th Bedroom, and the Laundry Room were all Painted in May of 2021.

Vinyl Flooring was installed in the Laundry Room.

A Newer Microwave was added!

We also have added a Fire Pit Square! For all of your family and friends to join around the campfire.

We also added a newer beautiful sectional couch on the main floor ( Living Room) for more comfortable seating!

The refrigerator makes ice and there is a water dispenser on it but we have excellent water as well.

Pull your sleds off the trailer and just ride or cut across the lake if you choose. Either way we are right on the trail. No Multiple road crossings or have to ride the road for miles. Enjoy the Northwoods in this beautiful furnished Home on pristine Presque Isle Lake. The open floor plan home comfortably accommodates 10-12 guests . From quiet time in front of the fireplace to fun with friends or family in the game room ( Pool table or change to Ping Pong) is truly something for every one here! We have plenty of Games for the Adults and or Children. We have also supplied an array of movies for Adults and Children.
This gorgeous 1165 acres lake not including Anvill or Van Vliet Lake which is a part of a 3 Lakes system providing ample fishing, and plenty of water sports.

Please feel free to use any of the 7 kayaks that are provided in the garage.
We have 6- single seater’s
1- Double seat.

We do supply life jackets as well. I don’t have life jackets for little children

Splash and swim in the clear water off the pier or just have a campfire and appreciate the surrounding views and sounds of nature.

We are .2 miles from the Public Boat Launch. That's 1 minute by car and 3 minutes by walking.
Our Pier and our kayak launch has a sandy bottom. This is also perfect for children of all ages, sandy bottom, weed free and shallow waters. Walk gradually in the lake and play. You can literally walk from my pier across to the boat launch and never go above 3-1/2' deep. Oh, you might want to bring some water shoes if you don't like crayfish! The kids normally have a ton of fun trying to see how many they can catch:) To each their own!!!

Couple of Side Notes: We do NOT ALLOW SMOKING in our Home!!!!! This past winter we were notified by previous renters that people were smoking outside & throwing their cigarette butts on the ground. Come spring we have picked up quite a few of them!!!
Please, We would greatly appreciate that you please dispose of your cigarette butts properly.

There are exterior camera’s on the property for maintenance and safety reasons only. The camera’s are their for your added safety as well.
The camera’s are not on at all times. We turn them on remotely to check for snow, ice, downed trees, or utility issues. Also to check lake water levels, pier and ice levels. If you are not comfortable with these exterior cameras please do not book. Thank you.

Propane for the nice gas grill is based on the honor system. We fill a couple of tanks and leave them in the garage. Please clean the grill when you are done using it!!! We have had renters complain because the renter prior to their visit did NOT clean it. Please Clean the GRILL WHEN YOU ARE DONE WITH IT!!!!!!!

We would like you as our guests to know that we try to give you a fully stocked house when you arrive. Here are just a few things that we supply:
