La Closeraie is composed of two separate buildings with private parking on a closed ground of 2000 m2.
The first gives access to a two-room apartment classified Meublé de tourisme 3 stars, accessible by an external staircase.
The second building which is the listed barn Furnished tourism 4 stars includes three single rooms each equipped with flat screen and private bathroom with toilet for the floor, and a fitted kitchen open to a living room and a lounge with connected flat screen for the ground floor.
The garden area dedicated to relaxation and conviviality is equipped with sun loungers, barbecue, lounge and tables as well as a playground for children.
On request and at extra charge, guests can enjoy a continental breakfast indoors or in the garden in season.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
