Great for price
I loved the price of this condo in January for a last minute booking during a snow storm. The place contains the essentials for a ski cabin: great wood burning stove, a kitchen with minimal amenities, 2 bathrooms, laundry, large dining table, and a place for wet boots in the foyer.

Nice place but could do with some upgrades
Enjoyed staying here however some power outlets didn’t work, the room was a little dark and they could do with fixing the front step.

Convenient location, but needs serious cleaning
We stayed for 5 nights and had a wonderful trip. The condo was in a convenient location, close to the lake, town, and skiing. However, the condo was quite dirty and could really use a deep cleaning. If the space had been clean we would have given this a 4 to 5 star rating.

Is this a youth hostile or a $400.00 a night VRBO? Or perhaps a $36.00 a night Motel in Fresno?
I think the most memorable thing about our stay in your condo would have to be the smell of urine and wet dogs. It was not immediate however, it took a few hours for the carpet deodorizer to wear off, but when it did, that awful stench of urine and wet dogs hit us like a brick and stayed there for two days. I should have expected it when I saw all the visible dark stains in the carpet upon opening the front door. Incidentally, after having read the reviews about this condo and its odor of urine and animals, Ifelt the need reache out to vrbo in an email with two distinct questions. "Does the condo smell of urine?" Does the condo smell of animals?" your response was "the carpets are cleaned and should not smell" I followed up with "should not" smell or "does not smell". You didn't respond... so not knowing if they did in fact smell, I took a gamble and lost. They smelled. But was just as memorable as the urine and animal smell was the construction company doing a complete remodel on the condo that shares a wall next door to the one that we rented. Each morning they would pull up at 8:00am blasting 80's music as they banged on the walls, pulling up floors and ripping out cabinets and flooring. All while they communicated by yelling from one floor to another. Needless to say it was a challenge to sleep past 8:00am each morning. I called the number you provided on the last day to ask if we could extend our check out time by two hours because of the lack of sleep. I was told you "unfortunately, could not accommodate our request" so we packed up and prepared to head home. We did however get a call from someone saying that we could check out at noon, but our cars were already packed and new plans were already in place. I thought about posting a public review but I believe everyone deserves a second chance. Get some helpful feedback, make some changes and adjustments and become the envy of the neighborhood! I wish the owner, vrbo and vacasa the best and hope they surprise and delight all of their future guests. :)

4/10 Poor

Pros and cons to this unit
Loved the amenities- pool, tennis court, hot tub, Rec Center, ping-pong table, pool table, arcade games! However, The unit itself is not stocked very well for the kitchen or bathroom, and the carpet is totally dirty and filthy and stained. Some of the beds are comfortable some of them or not at all and very soft and worn. Old/cheap everything such as towels, blankets, quilts, couch, tv... no cable. There is no Tupperware, hardly any kitchen ware to cook with and clean with. No AC, so in summer is unbearable upstairs! Downstairs is very hot as well....
