Former wine cellar completely renovated, the property is located on an exceptional 5 hectare estate, 3 km from the fortified town of Rabastens sur le Tarn, 30 minutes from Toulouse, Toulouse Blagnac and Albi airports.
We are located 15 min from GAILLAC which celebrates for the third year the Festival of Lanterns, fairyland of China and illuminations not to be missed for the Christmas holidays

The house, a former wine cellar dating from the end of the last century, was completely transformed into a dwelling house in 2013.

The building, 18 m long and 8 m wide, has been renovated in an architectural style that is both modern and refined.
Light, natural materials, wood, waxed concrete are the key words of your living space.

The 14.5 x 5m swimming pool has a large terrace, both in polished concrete.

The house has 5 bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor of 25 m2 and 3 upstairs and 1 in the dovecote.
The living space on the ground floor: large room of 90 m2 with living room, large fireplace and interconnecting kitchen fully equipped (oven, microwave, coffee machine, American fridge).
The utility room is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer and a second fridge for large family celebrations.
A last bedroom has just been fitted out in the dovecote with shower and toilet.

Household linen is not included in the rental price but can be provided on request at a price of € 30 per room and per stay (sheets, bath towels and pool towel in summer).

The 75 m2 partly covered outdoor terrace is ideal for dining out of the sun.
Upstairs 3 large bedrooms; a 25 m2 master bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bathroom (bath, shower), separate toilet and dressing room.
2 bedrooms of 15 m2, one with a bathroom with shower and bath, separate toilet, the other with its own bathroom (shower, sink).

The recently fitted dovecote is equipped with a double loft bed, a single sofa bed and has a bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
The property of more than 4 hectares, very quiet, enjoys a unique site and is located a few kilometers from Rabastens a fortified village built on the Tarn very busy in summer and famous for its colors, its typical and lively alleys, its market and its historic buildings including the church listed as World Heritage by Unesco

Activities: Tennis 3 km away, 2 Golf courses within a 30 km radius.

A superb home located a beautiful secluded area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the home of Chloe and Lucas. The approach to the house through the secluded woodland and grounds is very dramatic, revealing a stunning modern house, pool and renovated pigeonniere. Both the outside and inside living space were perfect for our needs and enabled us to have a fantastic two weeks in the Tarn. It was an ideal base to explore the area by bicycle and car. The pool was the highlight for our children who spent many happy hours playing and swimming. The directions and instructions were all very well laid out and we had no problems during our stay. If possible we will return!

The outdoor terrace of 75 m2 partly covered is ideal for meals at the shelter from the sun.
