Wonderful time over Christmas and New Year

We had a wonderful stay, the location directly near the water is fantastic, you can hear the waves all the time ! Even in Winter the place is easily kept warm and has all the amenities one needs. Thank you so much, we will surely recommend your place!

Magnifique vue sur la mer., à proximité du centre ville. Très calme, reposant. Par contre, beaucoup de marches étroites et hautes pour accéder au troisième étage. Je déplore un peu le manque d'hygiène au niveau du lit au niveau des alèses du matelas et des oreillers

Malgré des remarques de 2021 et 2022 en juillet 2023 nous avons remarqué que rien n'a changé : Couchage inconfortable, matelas, protége matelas, couette, sales et tachés. Forte odeur d humidité dans la douche. Une grande rénovation s impose

Deux nouvelles couettes et housses sont achetées à chaque saison et lavées toutes les 3 semaines (voire plus si nécessaire) Il est possible que des taches subsistent malgré le lavage mais tout est propre Quant à la douche, elle se trouve dans une pièce sans fenêtre, avec un système d'aération Il appartient toutefois aux occupants de laisser la porte entrouverte après chaque utilisation Cordialement

Umwerfend gelegen, mit kleineren Mängeln

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft hat uns soweit gut gefallen. Das Problem ist, daß die Unterkunft bei einem Partner von Fewo erschienen ist und Fewo anscheinend nur einen Teil der Beschreibung übernimmt. Darin wird zum Bsp. nicht darüber aufgeklärt, daß Bettwäsche und Handtücher selber mitgebracht werden müssen. Ebenso das eine Kaution in Höhe von 200 Eu hinterlegt werden muß. Das hat dann den Urlaub ein wenig eingetrübt. Ansonsten sehr schön gelegene Unterkunft, direkt an der Strandpromenade. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Appartement was verouderd maar de locatie maakte alles goed

De dame die ons ontving was zeer vriendelijk. Het appartement is gedateerd: 1 slaapkamer met 2-persoonsbed en lavabo, in de living/keuken een zetelbed voor 2. Een aparte ruimte met lavabo en douche en een aparte WC (te bereiken via de slaapkamer). Deze wc is niet gemaakt voor grote mensen maar eens je zit, zit je goed 😃 De locatie is een topper! Zowel Mers--les-bains als het nabijgelegen Le Tréport.

Très bon séjour, location idéalement située

Très bonne expérience ! L’appartement est idéalement situé sur la promenade, en hauteur, permettant une vue mer incroyable. Sarah qui se charge à l’accueil est d’une gentillesse très appréciable. Le logement est très bien équipé, ces précisions mériteraient d’ailleurs d’être ajoutées à l’annonce ;) nous reviendrons !
