THE PRICE INCLUDES :

• Rent for 7 nights, electricity, water and gas included.

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:

• The tourist tax has to be paid on site (1 € per day and per person subject to change by the town hall).
• Linen rental is available at the residence (sleeping, € 10 per bed and towels € 5 per person).
• The deposit, of 500 € for the villa F3 and 700 € for the villa F5, is to pay on the arrival in the form of pre-authorization by credit card and will be canceled if there is no damage and if the villa is restored in a correct state.
• Obligatory end-of-stay cleaning is 70 € for villa F3 and 100 € for villa F5.
• Small pets allowed on request, for an extra charge of 30 € per week.
