Welcome to the residence "Le Phare de Kernevest", in a charming little holiday home located just 600 metres from the beautiful Kernevest beach.

This small house offers a pleasant setting for a family holiday. You can enjoy the residence's private tennis court, as well as the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the region.



The nearest shops are located in Saint-Philibert (about 2 km) and in La Trinité-sur-Mer (3.7 km). You will thus easily have access to a variety of restaurants and shops.

The seaside and coastal paths are only 150 metres away. The first beach, 600 metres from the house, is accessible via a picturesque path along a pond.



Nearby, you will also find a nautical base and a sailing school, ideal for those who wish to explore the crystal-clear waters of the region.



Small terraced house of approximately 25 m² with a private garden area of 17m², located in a small residential complex, west-facing.



Entry into living area with sofa bed, TV, fully equipped open kitchen (4-burner hob, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher).

Separate WC, washing machine.



In duplex:

1 attic bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and storage.

1 cabin room with 2 bunk beds (80 cm) and storage.



A bathroom with a bathtub.



Open parking without numbering. Electric heating.

Maximum 4/5 people.



Arrival: 4pm-6pm Please notify in case of late arrival.

Deposit: €300 to be paid on site

Charges: charges included from mid-May to early October, electricity extra based on meter reading outside this period.

Séjour au calme

Belle petite résidence dans une partie du golfe du Morbihan à quelques pas de deux plages, idéalement placé pour aller à la mer (plage sainte barbe, Penthièvre…) et aux différents point de visite sur le golfe ( carnac, locmaraiquer…), pas très loin du ria d'Etel.

Très agréable séjour dans une très agréable location

La location était parfaite. Bien située proche plage et chemins côtiers et des principales villes. Région magnifique. Le logement était très propre fonctionnel et très bien équipé pour que les occupants aient le plus de confort possible. Nous y reviendrons.
