Charming holiday house of 200 m² with 4 bedrooms, the villa Summertime offers a large outdoor living space with a terrace of 80 m² and a clear view of the Indian Ocean, the hills and the pool.
Its configuration around a green patio gives a real sensation of life outdoors.
The quiet environment and the garden are an invitation to relaxation, and you will appreciate the beautiful terrace, with family or friends, for a barbecue or a cocktail while admiring the orange colors of the sunset.
The villa is secured (fence + automatic gate access), and has space to park two cars.

The villa is composed of 4 modules (3 dedicated to the space "night" and 1 dedicated to the living space) with a star configuration around a green patio, providing a beautiful light and a feeling of space. The interior offers a neat and refined decoration.
The vast living room-stay offers a nice height under ceiling and is prolonged by a beautiful terrace in "L". The living room is equipped with a flat screen with classic channels and Wi-Fi internet access.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped (fridge / freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, induction hob and gas stove, toaster, kettle ...).
The space "night" is divided into 3 modules with four air-conditioned rooms including a small dedicated to a child. Each of the 3 modules has a bathroom and toilet.
The villa has a laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

ENVIRONMENT / DISTRICT

The villa is located in Saint-Gilles-les-Bains, 3 minutes from the center of the seaside resort with its shops and restaurants. It enjoys a unique microclimate with over 300 days of sunshine a year, and is located in a quiet and residential area.
You will appreciate to reach in 3 minutes by car all the services of proximity (supermarket, bakery, tobacco-press, pharmacy, petrol station), as well as the restaurants.
Access to the Tamarins road, major service route between the north and south of the island, takes less than 5 minutes, and will allow you to quickly reach the various sites of the island and its activities ( the three circuses, the volcano, paragliding, helicopter, hiking, mountain biking, big game fishing, canyoning, boat trips ...).
In less than 10 minutes by car from the villa, you can either join Boucan-Canot with its restaurants located opposite the beach and the ocean, or swim in the lagoon of the Hermitage with colorful fish, or you go to the seaside port of Saint-Gilles for a sea trip or scuba diving, or take off by helicopter for an overview of the magnificent landscapes of Reunion.

Parties and receptions are strictly prohibited.
Access to the swimming pool is not allowed outside.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the villa.
Animals are not allowed.
CONDITIONS OF RESERVATIONS

Rental of 5 days minimum.
To book, a transfer of 25% of the rental amount will be required. The balance will be paid 30 days before your arrival.
In case of late booking (less than 30 days before the beginning of the stay), the total amount of the stay must be paid upon booking.
Deposit: An imprint of credit card or check of 2000 euros (not cashed) will be requested upon arrival and will be returned no later than 15 days after your departure provided that no damage has been caused to the Villa.
A seasonal rental agreement will record all this information.
Time of entry: between 15h and 19h.
Release time: between 8h and 11h.
These times may vary in your favor if the villa is not rented before and / or after.
In case of late arrival (after 19h) or early departure (before 8am), thank you to report it (a supplement of 50 € will be requested on arrival)
