With an ideal location in Mont Roquefeuil it is a large house of 180 m² (classified 5 stars) and an apartment of 45 m² (classified 4 stars) full of charm and peace located a few minutes drive from the seaside resort of Saint-Gilles-les-Bains close to all shops (1 min walk from Score Express) in an area renowned for its sunny micro climate.
Broadband internet (fiber optic) offering smart TVs and wifi internet throughout the property: very pleasant to consult the internet on the outside bed or under the pergola
Interior: 6 tastefully decorated air-conditioned rooms, 160x200 beds (maximum total capacity of 16 people + 1 child). Very comfortable mattresses.

Fully equipped kitchen: extractor hood, 2 electric ovens, 2 gas hobs, 2 microwaves, 2 dishwashers, 2 juice presses, 2 kettles, 2 toasters, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, pressure cookers, 2 refrigerators / freezer with water dispenser and everything you need for cooking… Two leather lounges opposite smart TVs with satellite program (Zeop). Upstairs lounge.
Two washing machines, vacuum cleaners, irons and ironing boards, hair dryer, first aid kits, brooms ... Equipped with all the necessary comfort of a beautiful luxury house.
Outside: Upstairs, a terrace with two armchairs to enjoy a superb sea and mountain view. On the ground floor under a beautiful pergola facing the heated slate pool: an outdoor kitchen with a large sink, a plancha, a gas tripod and a charcoal barbecue (very user-friendly), 2 dining tables, 2 outdoor lounges . A toilet and two outdoor showers. A swing. 2 Creole armchairs to admire the mountain view, a large outdoor bed, several deckchairs. Table tennis, 3 indoor parking spaces, a small garden, a swimming pool.
Quiet and residential location.
The tourist tax of € 2 per adult person per night will be required upon arrival.

très jolie villa, très bien située. Nous étions 14 et nous avons passés d'excellentes vacances. Les seules choses qui pourraient être améliorées est au niveau de l'espace extérieur: seulement 5 transats dont 2 cassés, pas une seule bouée pour la piscine ou jeux extérieur. au niveau de l'intérieur: manque de vaisselle, manque une chambre par rapport à l'annonce qui stipule que c'est pour 18 personnes, car il fait très chaud sur la mezzanine et pas de climatisation à ce niveau. Pas du tout de pression dans les douches. mais sinon très belle maison ou nous avons passés de magnifiques fêtes de fin d'années. Et Laetitia de la conciergerie est très gentille et réactive au moindre soucis.merci !
