Vacances au soleil

Lieu très sympathique à l’arrivée avec une superbe vue. Quelques désagréments sont intervenus lors de notre séjour. Dommage manque d’entretien.

Nous sommes désolés pour le mitigeur d'une douche qui a malheureusement rendu l'âme pendant votre séjour. Cette chambre a heureusement une seconde douche extérieure pour palier à ce léger désagrément. La réparation ne pouvait malheureusement pas être instantanée car il faut remettre le même mitigeur qui vient de métropole, sinon il faut casser tous les carreaux de la douche en cas de changement de modèle et cela n'aurait pas été plus rapide... Quand à l'interruption du service internet/télévision intervenu pendant votre séjour, il n'est malheureusement pas de notre fait et suite à notre appel auprès des techniciens de SFR, le problème a été résolu. J'espère que vous retiendrez plutôt le cadre magique qu'offrent la villa et ses équipements plutôt que ces 2 petits désagréments.
