This spacious villa, imposing, is very airy, built with quality materials, in a beautiful tropical garden with swimming pool, bungalow optional, a haven of peace yet so close to all amenities and especially very close to the lagoon.
A stay of 50 m2, 4 air-conditioned rooms including a parental room of 30m2 with dressingroom and reads umbrella, a total of 3 bathrooms and WC with the independent bungalow for a maximum of comfort and a very equipped kitchen overlooking a terrace which is a real place of life where you have breakfast or meals facing the pool with adjoining plancha.
A upright piano throne in the living room, thus making the happiness of the guests (young and old).

We were looking for a place where the weather is nice during all the year, closed to the safe lagoon, in a quiet place, closed to all conveniences. This parceling covered all our requirements. When we have visited this wonderful villa, we immediately understood that this was a pearl, that’s why we call it “Filaos’ pearl” now!
