The apartment is located in the heart of the seaside resort of Ermitage, in the most popular place on the island due to its micro-climate: sun all year long and sheltered from the prevailing winds, especially during the austral winter. The apartment offers a direct access to the beach (no roads to cross if you take the path along the beach) and the lagoon is sheltered by a coral reef. This comfortable apartment of 70 sq.m will delight you with its original architectural design and conveniences offered:
Completely equipped with dishwasher, internet access and air-conditioning.
A not overlooked terrace of 20 sq.m with view of the hills of Saint-Gilles on one side and the sea shore on the other side.
Capacity of accommodation for 6 people (bed of 160x200 cm in the bedroom, 1 sofa bed of 140x200 cm on the Mezzanine, and 1 sofa bed in the living room) with good quality bedding.
Secure parking and bicycle storage (possibility of using a booster seat and a trailer for children).
Shops are at the foot on the residence.
Let's not forget the Sunday morning market with its typical fruits and vegetables of Reunion and local craft work.

Sehr gute Lage: Meer, Geschäfte, Bäckereien, Fischladen, Restaurants, Sonntagsmarkt ... alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ausflüge leicht mit dem Auto. Also zentrale Tourismuslage und doch anderes sehr gut möglich ... Die Wohnung selbst ist großzügig, individuell, große Terrasse praktisch nicht einsehbar ... gerne kommen wir wieder (Reunion alle 2 Jahre)

L'appartement est très bien placé a l'Ermitage (proche des commerces et de la plage). Le logement était fonctionnel avec un balcon très appréciable pour les repas. L'hôte était disponible au besoin et sympathique. Pour résumer, nous avons passé un agréable séjour pendant ces 3 semaines. Nous recommandons fortement cet appartement pour vos futures vacances.

I and my husband, have decided to buy this apartment to enjoy the quietness and the happiness of a life close to the sea (our children are even more delighted by this than us!). Away from our work hours, we also want visitors to have a lovely holiday and the same experience.
