Large air conditioned T3 70 M2 with garden, view on the lagoon in a recent residence with private pool.
At the Saline baths, 800 m from the lagoon, shops and restaurants. You will appreciate the calm, the view.
You have 2 bedrooms with large beds and air blowers, silent air conditioning, a kitchen, a large veranda of 16 M2 and a garden of about 25 M2.
The kitchen is equipped. In the living room you have a TV corner and a dining area. But meals are mainly shared on the veranda to enjoy the view.
We provide linen (sheets and towels).
To relax and refresh, there is in the residence, a private pool, reserved exclusively for residents. Otherwise by car at 3 minutes, you are on the lagoon beaches.

Un appartement tout équipé, machine à lavé, lave vaisselle... Et tout ce qui est chez nous... Magali est une pépite... Arrivant après 22h,celle ci a trouver une solution vu l heure tardif et 14 juillet... Elle nous a proposé de mettre pain, lait et beurre pour déjeuné..tout le long de notre séjour, elle a pris de nos nouvelles pour savoir si nous avions notre confort... Un petite fée... L appartement nous a fait profité de la vue sur les baleine... La voiture est à l abri du soleil... Rien à redire à part merci à magalie.. Vous êtes une pépite..

Appartement bien situé face au lagon. Plutôt bien décoré et assez bien équipé. Idéal pour famille avec 1 voire 2 enfants en bas âge. Pour des ados, pas idéal car la 2e chambre est également équipée d'un lit 2 places. La résidence est équipée d'une piscine privative offrant de belles proportions et pas surpeuplée. Agréable pour y faire un plouf en fin de journée. Place de stationnement incluse. Nous y reviendrons sans hésitations.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement pendant 5 jours et nous avons passé un très bon moment. La très sympathique Valérie nous a accueillie pour faire l’état des lieux et nous avons trouvé un appartement très agréable, fonctionnel et propre. Idéal pour une famille avec deux enfants. Un lit parapluie était aussi à notre disposition ce qui nous a bien arrangé. En revanche il n’y a pas de matelas pour le lit. Il a tout de même fait assez chaud mais il y a des ventilateurs dans chaque pièce donc c’est tout à fait supportable. La piscine aussi était très bien avec un bassin plus petit, idéal pour les enfants. Un grand leader price est à proximité ainsi que les plages (planch’alizee et copabana). Nous recommandons cette location et n’hésiterons pas à revenir.
