The villa features 6 spacious bedrooms, 5 modern bathrooms, a large living room open to a fully equipped kitchen, a vegetated patio, and a private swimming pool.

The accommodation is entirely non-smoking, including near windows. Please smoke outside and dispose of your cigarette butts in ashtrays, without leaving them on the ground.
Respect for neighbors
Out of respect for the neighbors, we thank you for limiting noise, especially between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

Parties and gatherings are prohibited, unless prior authorization is granted for a specific event (wedding, baptism, etc.). The number of occupants must not exceed that mentioned in the reservation.

Close windows and lock the door before your departure
On the day of your departure, please:
Leave the accommodation clean and tidy

Check-in (arrival): Arrival time: between 1 PM and 7 PM (for arrivals after 8 PM, an additional fee applies) Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed at the accommodation for a personal key handover. An inventory of fixtures will be carried out with you to ensure transparency and peace of mind.
Check-out (departure): Departure time: before 10 AM. On the day of your departure, a check-out inventory will also be carried out, along with the return of the keys.
