The apartment can accommodate 6 people and is composed as follows:

- Loggia convertible into a bedroom separated by curtains
1 fireside chair, 1 bench, 1 coffee table and foldaway double bed

- Cabin room with 2 bunk beds 1 pers each with duvet
- Sleeping area with 2 bunk beds 1 pers each with duvet, separated by door
- Bathroom with bathtub, heated towel rail and drying rack
- separate WC
Fully equipped, all comfort, with storage and sleds available

SITUATION heart station, all shops and amenities are 50m: mini markets, bakery, restaurants, equipment rental, crates and lifts, Tourist Office, skating rink, kindergarten ...

NON-SMOKING apartment and pets NOT ALLOWED

Terms of rental:
For booking a rental contract will be established, 50% deposit and the balance 15 days before entry into the rental.
On your arrival an inventory will be made at the handing over of the keys and you will be asked 1 check of deposit + 1 check for the household not collected which will be returned to you during the inventory of places of exit.
Rate
Winter School Holidays:
650 € / week and 200 € / week (from Friday to Sunday)

500 € / week and 200 € / we
may June :
400 € / week and 150 € / we
Jul - Aug:
350 € / week and 175 € / we
Sep-Oct-Nov:
