The villa is in perfect condition, renovated in 2018, it has a hut architecture with its traditional straw roof, it is fully air conditioned. It is a very bright villa less than 200m from the private beach and swimming pools of the residence. It consists on the ground floor of a cathedral living room of more than 35m² with a large flat screen TV, an open kitchen with high table, fully equipped with oven and gas burners, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, linen room, a toilet and a master suite with bathroom (walk-in shower) and a separate toilet.

The cleaning of the last compulsory day of 5000 cfa (7.5 euros) will be payable upon arrival upon delivery of the keys.
