About this property

Want an ocean front condo that is very clean, newly painted and decorated with new furniture, fully stocked kitchen with new cookware, new Keurig coffee machine, Egyptian cotton sheets, and top of the line towels (800 gsm thickness). YOU FOUND IT!! This condo has a spectacular location and view, one of the best in the complex - and one of the closest to the ocean. It is equipped with a telescope to view moon craters and rocket launches from the Kennedy Space Center. In addition, we added new porcelain flooring throughout, new bar-height balcony chairs, a brand new 65" Samsung Smart TV (with DVR and DVD) and new full-size LG Washer and Dryer.

Located on the fourth floor where you can watch and almost touch the many colonies of pelicans as they fly by your private balcony. Enjoy the spacious living area with all the high amenities to make your stay comfortable.

The master en-suite has a king size (New Tempur-Pedic, 2022) bed and large flat screen tv. The second bedroom also has a king beds along with a flat screen tv. .

There is free secure WiFi and cable. Boogie boards, skims boards, surf board and beach chairs are also provided.
For your protection there is a Ring door bell camera on the front door. There are no interior cameras.

A little piece of heaven on earth!!!

This was our third stay at this condo and each year they exceed our expectations. These owners have taken care of every detail and the condo is gorgeous. We cannot wait to return next year.

The property was very well maintained. There were two maintenance guys that came through the pool area often to check trash ,straighten chairs. They were very professional. The gates had magnetic locks on them entering the pool area that kept strays away. The property was very well maintained. Our condo was very clean plus they had surf and boggy boards ,and umbrellas. I would go again in a flash.
