As close to the beach as possible!!! Located in exclusive Shore Villas, this beautiful beach condo with its own direct Wi-Fi reception is located only 33 feet from the ocean with stunning unobstructed views from the living room, master bedroom, and recently renovated kitchen. Shore Villas consists of only 33 select units located on the non-drive portion of the beach with only 9 direct ocean front units. Shore Villas is located between Ebb Tide and Errol by the Sea. This second floor unit has no neighbors on either side providing absolute privacy and serene breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean directly in front as well as entire New Smyrna Beach to the north and south.

The unit is also caddy corner to the pool with full view of pool from the balcony for watchful parents. Relax and enjoy the balmy breeze of the Atlantic and moonlit nights from the balcony connected to both the entire width of the living room and master bedroom. The living room also has a window on the north side providing an unobstructed bonus view of the beach from the living room and kitchen.

Beach front condo has tile floor in the entire unit and and bathrooms. This unit will truly be your ocean front home away from home. Television sets are conveniently located in each room with cable television. Full size stackable washer/dryer inside of unit. Shopping and restaurants conveniently located close by for your enjoyment.

The condo was clean and comfortable. The balcony was large with access from the living room and master bedroom. We were directly on the beach and enjoyed beautiful sunrises from the balcony every morning! The property manager and condo owner were both available for any questions before and during our stay. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect Beach Vacation

Everything was PERFECT! The villa, the view, the pool, the beach, communication with the owner and the property manager were all fantastic! We WILL be back but hopefully for a longer stay!

Almost Perfect

The condo was perfect for what we needed. The "almost" part was because of the maintenance work being done while we were there. It was loud at times, but the building manager and the workers were very courteous and polite. We underantand that maintenance needs to be do so didn't let it bother us too much.

Very nice place, top rated views

Place is great, clean, location good, views exceptional. It is a smaller complex and pool was nice but super small and quiet, same people in same spots everyday and you were not supposed to have drinks by the pool and felt if you made any noise by the pool like having fun, you would annoy people. That said, beach is an extra 10 steps away and our teenage children had fun there and my wife and I enjoyed our adult beverages there. Probably not the place for kids but overall very nice, only a 4 for the atmosphere.

Gorgeous Views

The condo was clean and very well-appointed with everything we needed for our stay. The views were spectacular and the grounds of the property were well maintained. I wouldn't hesitate to book this unit again.

Beach Front Condo

This condo was great. It is right on the beach. Two big sliding glass doors for a perfect view, one is in the main living space and the other in the master bedroom. We will definitely return.

Oceanfront view!

This condo is great for enjoying oceanfront views, super easy beach access, and comfortable amenities. The condo had everything a family of five needs to have a great beach vacation, including beach chairs and toys. Nice kitchen, comfortable living room, quiet building and an outdoor pool. No complaints! Location and ease of parking is fantastic.

Florida resident getaway

We will definitely stay here again. Perfect view of the ocean. Cannot find a unit any closer to the beach. The pool was very nice but it was not heated, so as Floridians we were not able to enjoy it (which we were really looking forward to).

Fantastic condo and experience

This condo was fantastic. Communication with the owner was quick and super helpful. The views can’t be beat. It has to have the best, unrestricted views in the whole complex. We saw dolphins from the balcony almost every morning. The area is great and the beach and pool can’t be beat. The property manager, Sam was fantastic and was so friendly and genuine. Would recommend this place to anyone. We had everything we needed for a fantastic week long vacation.

Ocean Front

This property is on the quieter end of NSB without cars on the beach. Condo is steps away from the beach and you wake feeling like you have a cruise ship view Property was clean, updated and stocked with everything you could need. Lots of beach chairs, toys and umbrella too. Check in was easy and properly managed is around to help if needed. Highly recommend.

Beautiful View!

Everything about this condo was wonderful! Location, comfort, view, everything you would need for a relaxing vacation! So much to do in the area, we did a day trip to Kennedy Space center, A day at Disney, Dolphin cruise, and especially enjoyed the morning sunrise and spending the day on the beach. Sam the manager was there for any questions, as well as Ted responds quickly for any needs. We enjoyed many restaurants in the area as well. We hope to come back again soon!! Thanks Ted for sharing your beautiful condo with others!

Fabulous view!

We booked this condo for our son and his family of four and they loved it. It's on the no-drive beach and the location can't be beat! The beach is so close and the view so fabulous that when you on the balcony it is almost like you are down on the beach. The condo was clean, well supplied and beautifully decorated, including new bed linens! Our family especially was glad to have the washer and dryer in the unit. And Ted was very responsive and helpful. We have already booked it again for spring break next year!

Quick review

The microwave did not work which made it more difficult to fix our meals and due to cooler temps we were inside more than we liked and with repairs going on we had to listen to jack hammers off and on all day, which made it very difficult to even hear the TV. Other than that the condo was very nice.

Clean condo on a beautiful beach location

Very nice condo on a wonderful beach. Condo was well equipped with most everything we needed. I rated it a 4 as the bed coverings in the spare bedroom had stains on them - but the sheets were nice and comfy. Also, the swimming pool is only open from 9-5. Would have been nice to have the lights on and be able to swim at least until 10. Nice condo complex - would gladly stay there again!

New Smyrna Beach

In my opinion, New Smyrna Beach is the best beach on the east coast. I love Shore Villas condominiums. I have stayed there many, many times in a span of nearly 50 years - various units. This unit was very nice, well equipped, perfectly located (second floor ocean front). Lots of little touches made for a homey feel: games, beach equipment, washer and dryer in the unit, spices, paper and cleaning products, etc. We will request this unit again!

My wife and I spent a week here to relax after a family gathering in Orlando over Thanksgiving. It was perfect. Ocean-front is an understatement at the waves almost splash the 2nd floor deck at high tide. This building extends toward the ocean by about 50 feet more than its neighbors so you get a full 180 degree view of the beach. A well stocked spacious kitchen with plenty of extras. Two closest full of beach chairs, umbrella, floating toys are a bonus! The owner and property manager were both a pleasure to meet and looked after us!

Nice and clean

Really enjoyed staying at this clean, well-stocked condo. We noticed a few minor items of wear/tear (e.g, towels, faucet), but nothing that would deter us from staying again. As of our stay in mid-Oct, there are plenty of beach chairs (5 or 6), toys, even an umbrella and coolers if you need them. It was also nice to stay in a condo where you didn’t have to strip the beds and start the washer/dryer at checkout. Running the dishwasher and taking out the trash/recycling were it.

Perfect Oceanfront Getaway

If you are wanting a spot steps from the ocean and the beach this is it. This was our first stay in New Smyrna beach and we loved it. The property is older and definitely needs some tlc but it’s clean and decently provisioned. A number of the cooking utensils were in rough shape. The furniture is dated and not the most comfortable. The couch is pretty worn and there’s a lot of whicker inside and out on the patio. Beds were comfortable and bedding, towels, etc were very nice. The appliances and washer/dryer were newer and worked well. There were a number of beach items and the patio is wonderful. Having two sliding doors out to the patio was really nice.
