Charming Historic District Cottage Near Downtown

“Charming 3 bedroom cottage in Conway’s historic district! Completely renovated in 2023. Just a few blocks from downtown Conway shopping, dining & attractions. Less than a mile from Central Baptist College, UCA, or Hendrix. Features include open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs, wood floors, WiFi, smart TV, washer/dryer & luxe touches like robes, toiletries & coffee. Perfect for college visits, weddings, holidays, or a weekend getaway.”
Do not burn candles while at the cottage.
Please put only toilet paper in the toilets. No feminine hygiene products.
Please do not sleep on top of the bedspreads, pillow shams, or throw pillows. There are pillows with cases on them for each bed. There is also an extra set of pillows in the closet in case you prefer a softer pillow.
Please do not wear stiletto type high heels in the cottage as they damage the pine floors.
Please use coasters or napkins under glasses on the wood tables.
No smoking of any products or vaping inside the cottage.
No pets allowed inside the cottage.
Feel to use the washer and dryer, but if you do, please leave the door open on the washer after using.
Quiet hours are 11:00 pm to 7.
Booking guest must be at least 25 years of age.
Guest must furnish a copy of their driver license when booking.
Guest must get approval of host for any changes in the number of guests at least 48 hours before check in.
No parties allowed.

This was an excellent location for our Conway Christmas visiting friends. The cottage was more than we imagined. The photos do not do this property justice. The vibe is so cozy and comfy. The area completely walkable. The hosts decorated for Christmas and we felt so “at home”. Highly recommend this first class vibe cottage Super clean and attention to every detail. I could have moved in for a month! Perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated, well equipped and very comfortable home. This property is perfectly maintained and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable featuring nice linens. It was just what we needed for an extended stay. The hosts went out of their way to accommodate us and make us feel comfortable. I’d also note that this property is CLEAN, they do not use artificial fragrances or plugins, its smells fresh naturally. I plan to stay here or at another property owned by this host when visiting Conway again. It was an exceptional experience.
