Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Fall Getaway

We had an amazing time. The condo is right on the beach. Restaurants and shopping very close by. This was a quiet area. It is a small complex so the beach was never crowded.

Huntington by the Sea Unit 304

Huntington by the Sea is a great family friendly beach front property and I highly recommend it. However, I do not recommend Unit 304. This unit is in need of major upgrades. I should've paid closer attention to some of the previous reviews for this unit before I booked it. When I come back, I definitely won't book this unit.

Do not recommend this unit.

This unit is in serious need of a face lift. Furnishings are dated. Rust noted on several metal surfaces. Peeling wall paper. AC condensate line stopped up,flooded hallway. Air filter on return air side of a/c unit hasn’t been changed in months. Exhaust fan in second bathroom makes very loud noise..thought it was going to quit. Overall,not a pleasant experience. Unit is well below average at this price point.
