This property is centrally located south of 30A between Seaside and Rosemary Beach in the Watersound West Beach Community. Minutes from all the action yet set back in a private gated community away from it all. Enjoy a beautiful stroll to the beach, green spaces, and parks, zero-entry pool, putting park, and clubhouse with outdoor grill.

not staying with Vacasa again.

The property manager was actually really great, Letitia, she did her best to make us happy with our stay. We were booked Sa-Friday and ended up leaving on Tuesday, I couldn't handle anymore, but Letitia was very repsonsive and kind, and really tried her best.

santa rosa beach

awesome house and very convenient location to watersound beach club and the little restaurant/shop area. the code did not work to get into the community and there was no attendant. thankfully someone else gave us their code and we were able to use that over the weekend.

House was nice, but needs a few things.

We loved our stay in the beautiful home and close proximity to the beach. We have been coming to the area now for 6 years and do have some feedback that we feel the owners should provide for future renters. There is not beach cart which makes it hard for how far the beach is from the beach access point. There is not an extra blanket in the house or throws in the living room. The blankets in the bed are very thin and with the cool nights, having an extra blanket for each room would have been nice. There are no writing pens or pencils to take notes of anything. The main sofa in the living room is comfortable but the side sofa and chairs are extremely uncomfortable so only a few people in our group could sit comfortably in the evenings. There must be some issues with electrical in the house because our phones would not charge to 100%. There needs to be a little table or shelving in the laundry area to sit stuff on, we had to put everything on the floor. The toilet in the front of the house sprays water at you every time it’s flushed. The worst issue is we were giving the wrong gate code to get in and wrong pool gate codes. Luckily someone behind us let us in, but it took multiple texts and phone calls to finally get the right gate code. This has happened two years in a row using this management company for booking this neighborhood and it’s extremely frustrating given how much money we spend. Again, the house is lovely but we feel the owners need to think about the things that renters need being so far away from home to make their stay more comfortable.

Nice house and location

We were happy with the house except we lost hot water 3 times during our stay. I will say the second time it happened they did come out quickly to fix it. Cold showers are never good on vacation. My only other comment would be it is time for sofa furniture to be replaced due to staining and one of the couches being an outdoor sofa.
