If you are craving a relaxing coastal getaway with leisurely mornings without an alarm and long afternoons spent listening to the waves with your toes snuggled in the sand, look no further. Unwind and take in sparkling pool views from the spacious covered porch and enjoy miles of walking and bike paths that will lead you to the most picturesque beach communities.

Happy Ours Too features open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas where gathering the family to make the most of those vacation memories will be easy. Enjoy comfortable furnishings, island-themed beach décor,  flatscreen TVs, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with recent updates, cable, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and an updated kitchen for all your home-cooked beach meals.

Sleeping accommodations include a private primary king bedroom featuring an en suite bath with shower/tub combination and single vanity, a serene queen guest room, and a secondary guest room with twin bunk beds. The two guest rooms share a hall bathroom with a shower and single vanity.

The center of the cottage community focuses on the large pool deck which includes an outdoor shower, plenty of seating and loungers, and a hot tub for those cool evenings. Deeded beach access to the sugar-white sand of the Emerald Coast is a short walk from your front door. Be sure to pack your shades and SPF!

The highway meanders through picture-perfect lakes, dunes, and the artfully designed areas of Seaside, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, Grayton Beach, Watercolor, and more. Great family vacation!

Perfect location

The cottage was great and perfect for our family of four. All the cooking utensils we needed and wifi for the preteens! A 5 minute walk to the beach and the pool was right there. Easy access to downtown area by car or bike. We would definitely stay again.

EASY, close to beach, lots of amenities

I can't say enough nice things about this beach bungalow... It's so EASY---a great layout, not cluttered with a bunch of stuff to move around; close to the beach--and not one that's crowded; a hot tub and pool that we had to ourselves in October; bikes that make it so simple to get to Seaside or Rosemary... I would highly recommend this location and this particular cottage.

Great place!

The house was clean and well supplied with cooking stuffs for making easy breakfasts and lunches. It was quiet during the day and evening. The pool and hot tub were perfect for the end of the day for my sons after long days at the beach. Thank you!

Loved Happy Ours 2

We had a wonderful time. Erica was so sweet and very responsive to a question we had during our stay. Loved the quiet community close to the beach and enjoyed sitting on the back porch and the proximity to the pool. We used the bikes every day to visit nearby Alys and Rosemary Beach. Can't wait to come back.

Happy ours2 was a great place to stay. Clean and comfortable. The pool right out the back was very convenient. Loved having the pacman game table. Beach was an easy walk. Only the bikes need to be updated.

Happy ours 2 Cottage Seacrest Beach

Great location on 30A. 4 mins walk to gorgeous beach w sandbar. Not crowded. Ordered chairs for the week! Cottage was clean w comfy beds and a video game machine! Plenty of tvs and board games and great porch for grilling and chilling! We will be back!

Great location, easy bike to local restaurants

We'll be back to this little gem. it was clean and well stocked with beach mat, chairs and toys. The 2 bikes were appreciated and it was easy to order additional bikes to be delviered to the house. We biked to Alys for coffee every morning and Rosemary's candy shack for ice cream every afternoon. The weather was chilly so the video game table and hot tub got a lot of use. Host Erika for quick to answer questions ahead of our stay.

It fit everyone comfortably, it was really clean and had enough basic toiletries to last a week. The walk to the beach is short and easy. The location is fantastic. It was nice to walk to the beach and come home and jump in the pool right off the back porch. There are no beach towels so remember to pack your own. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Relaxing Stay

Our visit to HappyOurs2 was a repeat visit to the cottage. Once again, we found the home to be in exceptional order. This cottage is centrally located to Rosemary’s, Aly’s and other beaches along 30A. Rosemary’s is a a short bike ride away and Seaside is a short drive. Beach access is a 5 minute walk. We enjoyed the use of the hot tub each day, but the pool was simply too cold for comfort. A little heat would have helped. All in all visiting this area during spring break offeres a much different experience than a visit during the summer. Traffic is manageable, the drive to Panama City Beach is short and the crowds are not so large. The beach as always is perfect. Thank you for such a great time.

There are not any restaurants/ shops within a reasonable walk but it is bikeable. The wifi is absolutely pitiful and cell service is spotty at best. It's a vacation, so that's ok but if you want to be able to check in with work stuff periodically or stream netflix for the kids, find a different house. 1998 AOL dial up is blazing fast comparatively. But the house is nice, management company was kind and responsive. If you don't care about connecting to the outside world, this is the perfect spot!

Property was clean and had all of the things we needed kitchen utensils.,Washer /Dryer etc. the convenience of the pool was great.. There were only two negatives about the whole experience a ceiling fan on the back porch would have been a great addition to the morning coffee and the internet was a little slow connecting at times but it was a vacation not work related so it was tolerable. Overall stay was wonderful weather was good again we loved the location and the cleanliness of the property. When definitely recommend this property to anyone and looking forward to coming back in the near future the check in and out process was flawless. 5 star for sure!

Great Property

Loved our stay at Happy Ours Too. Easy walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood, loved being on the pool and hot tub. The master bed needs a new mattress and the fitted sheet was too small - came off every night which was frustrating. Many of the lamps need new lightbulbs and the light over the stovetop did not work. The walk to the beach access was not bad at all but if you have small children or elderly adults, it would be hard. The beach was not crowded, and we went during a very busy week (Fall Break). The dryer made a terrible sound as well and we could only run it when we were out of the house. Overall, it was a nice place.

A great labor day weekend!

Great location!! Loved having the pool right out the back door for our kids. The beach was a short 5 minute walk and having the wagon and a few chairs was very helpful! I would suggest that the unit stock the very basics in the kitchen such as salt and pepper and coffee filters. We left these supplies for the next visitors in hopes they would have a few items to cook with. Would absolutely stay here again! Lovely little cottage.

Overall nice place

Great area, as pictured on VRBO. Really appreciated the beach wagon for easier trips to the beach. Home is not fully stocked so you just have to plan to bring certain items from home which is mentioned in the description. There were a couple issues w the place but nothing we could not deal with for our stay.

Great family vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at the The Cottages of Camp Creek! HappyOursToo was just as pictured. Very clean, spacious, true 5 min walk to the beach and pool just off the back deck. There is a wagon available for all your beach gear. The beach was not crowded, even during a holiday week. It is conveniently located just past Alys. We enjoyed spending time at the Alys pavilion for a concert, peddlers pavilion, Rosemary for dinners and events and a trip to Seaside for shopping. Highlights were dinner at Old Florida Fish house and evenings/sunsets on the beach. We traveled with our father in law and two young children. The kids loved being in and out of the pool all day! Thanks for a great trip!

Cute and clean cottage and quiet neighborhood!

We really enjoyed our stay! Such a cute place and conveniently located super close to the beach. It was very clean and well kept. The only thing that could improve would be the Wi-Fi. We both had some work to get done and couldn’t get logged into our work systems but it was the entire area not just our place. Also would have really enjoyed have bikes and beach chairs available for use. We noticed some of the cottages provided those. Overall a great spring break for adults and the kiddos! Would go again!
