SeaStar - Gulf View from Roof Deck, Private Beach Access, Huge Pool/Hot Tub

SeaStar is an idyllic beach vacation home in the charming Cottages at Camp Creek community. This is one of the larger homes (compared to cottages) in this neighborhood. This home offers the perfect way to unwind after a day at the beach or pool, with its porches and a rooftop sky deck, offering a porch swing and ample lounging space where you can toast the sunset. At night, be amazed by the stars while listening to the sounds of the sea.

The Private Deeded Beach Access is a 4 min walk leading out to the sugar white sands and turquoise waters of the emerald gulf coast. Being a private beach, you will not deal with the overly crowded areas such as the public or large neighborhood access points. When you tire of the beach, cool off in the large (rarely crowded) community pool/hot-tub, conveniently located in the center of the neighborhood. Should you decide to spend the evening in, you can have happy hour on the sky deck before cooking up a feast in the fully stocked kitchen or on the outside grill.

If it’s entertainment you seek, we are conveniently located along the bike path in between Alys Beach (0.5m), The Hub (2m), Seacrest (1.5m), Rosemary (2m) and Seaside (7m). These lively little spots offer restaurants, live music, outdoor movies, and entertainment for the whole family.

SeaStar offers 3 upstairs bedrooms (all with tv) and 3 full baths (all with tub/shower enclosures). The large King Master also has a Queen bed, with an en suite bath and opens to the middle deck with porch swing and access to the sky deck.
The secondary bedrooms consist of a Queen room connected to a full bath, which also opens to the hall, and a fun Bunk room complete with 2 twin over full bunk beds.

The main floor has the third full bath off of the laundry room. A sleeper sofa anchors the main living area, which opens to the full front porch w/ hammock and sitting area. A second seating area offers a nice reading space, while the dining table and island with barstools offer ample eating space. The kitchen is fully stocked. The new furnishings give a spacious but cozy coastal rustic decor to SeaStar and the new mattresses and bedding will help you sleep well at night.

Extra amenities include Wi-Fi, Beach Chairs & Umbrella, Beach Cart, & Pool/Beach floats.

This house is best suited for 1-2 families, and sleeps 10 when including children sharing the bunk room. If all adults, it sleeps 6 comfortably.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Please put backpack chairs and umbrella on side porch. All other beach gear goes in the large storage bin by back patio, pool toys go in the storage chest.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
House has 2 parking spots directly in front of house. Extra parking in front of neighborhood. NO street parking. Trailers/Boats/RVs not allowed.
Tampering with Ring camera doorbells will lead to immediate eviction, with no refund.

Family Vacay 2019

We had a great time with our kids & 6 granddaughters - the bunk room was a huge help. We love the neighborhood & the pool & the walk to the beach was manageable for all but the toddler. We battled ants but imagine that’s the trade off for having great privacy on the rear & side of this beautiful property.

Very cute home with great space. Even though it was Spring Break for Atlanta area schools, this section of 30A was peaceful and not overcrowded. It’s also a quick bike ride to restaurants and shopping in Alys and Rosemary. The deeded beach access is an easy walk and private. Tiffany is a wonderful host- very responsive and truly cares about her renters.

Near Perfection!

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The owner Tiffany is the most available owner we’ve ever dealt with! The minor problems we encountered during our stay were promptly taken care of and she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great (even when SHE was on her own vacation)! The kitchen could use some more forks—plenty of spoons, but other than that the kitchen was well appointed. It was so nice to have both the Keurig and a coffee maker! The living room and dining room had plenty of seating. Three bar stools added even more seating. Upstairs, the 3 bedrooms were clean and bright. The swing off the master bedroom was so comfortable and relaxing! Everyone enjoyed the roof top for lunch and after dinner. Although we couldn’t hear the ocean, it was a fantastic view! The pool is very conveniently situated in the middle of the complex. The kids enjoyed the hot tub. The walk to the beach is short and having the private access was wonderful. The beach was not crowded at all, even in the beginning of July! There were more beach toys, chairs, umbrellas than we originally thought! We didn’t even need the stuff we brought down with us. We would definitely stay here again!

Beach Escape

Had a great week at the house. Everything was as expected from the listing. Only five minute walk to the beach and 30 seconds to the pool. The view from the roof was beautiful. The swinging daybed on the deck off the master was a nice escape from the chaos of 10 people in the house. Overall the property was great and would love to visit again.

Great Experience

We loved staying here! The property and location were perfect for our party of 9 that included 5 children (ages 5-13). The layout of the house and decks on all 3 stories made it easy for everyone to have their separate spaces and the older kids loved the roof deck. It was an easy 4-5 minute walk to the beach and the neighborhood’s private access was much less-crowded than the public area. The owner was fantastic and responsive both before and during our stay. Lastly, the checkout process was the most low-key we’ve ever experienced, which was much appreciated! We would definitely stay here again.

Great family getaway

Loved the house!!! The rooftop deck was perfect for sunsets. Loved the bed swing on the porch. My son was disappointed the outdoor shower wasn’t private enough to really use. Kitchen was very well stocked. We had a great time!!

Fantastic and fully equipped beach house

We had a great time staying here as a family of 4 plus 3 friends my kids brought with them. The house was the perfect set up, very open and balconies that we lived on all week. Just a short walk to the beach and pool and convenient to all amenities on 30A. Tiffany was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay on 30A!!

Great beach house

Great location just off of highway 30A. The owners also left tons of beach toys, chairs, and a couple of carts to tote everything to the beach which was really nice. Would recommend. The owner was also easy to contact and easy to deal with.
