The Cottages of Camp Creek, nestled behind the towering sand dunes and dense coastal scrub are located in beautiful Seacrest Beach, FL. This small community of tin roofed cottages, with large porches is only 200 yards from the emerald waters and white, sugar sands of the Gulf of Mexico (via private deeded access).

The large 86 foot community pool and hot tub are located just three houses down. Equipped with family in mind, this house provides games, puzzles, videos and books for all ages.

The one-level home provides easy access for people of all ages. Ample seating on the porch allows you to take in all of the sounds and smells of the ocean, while enjoying a meal or just a moment alone.

Seacrest Beach is a quiet, friendly beach community with miles of bicycle paths, high coastal dunes and calm lakes just off Highway 30-A. The narrow road meanders along the Gulf and presents one of the least developed and unspoiled coastlines on the Gulf. No water parks or amusement parks, no fast food restaurants or the typical fare seen on MTV Spring Break!
Chair and umbrella rentals are available through Dillon's Beach Services.

So come visit where the emerald waters meet sugary, white sand beaches and the warm salt air offers true vacation bliss. Escape the madness that is your everyday life and enjoy the coast.

It’s a gem!

We just loved our stay! Easy check-in/check out procedures, great communication with the owner, clean, plenty of bath towels, quick and easy access to the beach, kitchen had everything needed to cook meals…I could go on and on. Definitely plan to stay here again!

Awesome place

Wonderful place to stay. Convenient to the beach, and the pool was bigger than it looked in the pictures! We used this as an overflow for a beach house across the street we've stayed at for 20 years, and it worked flawlessly as our family keeps growing. Walked to Alys for coffee and a playground hang most mornings. The house was clean and beds were comfy. Would stay again!

We enjoyed a very nice week in this wonderful family cottage. It is very comfortable and has plenty of room for everyone. The location is a short walk to the beach and steps from the pool. Perfect family vacation!

Our week at Star Bright was perfect! The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beautiful beach was a very short walk with a wagon provided to lighten our load. We also enjoyed the large pool. There are so many great restaurants and fun things to do in the area. I would highly recommend staying at this home!

We loved our stay in 30A. The location was perfect, only a 4 minute walk to the beach and a quick drive to restaurants. The house was exactly as pictured. Highly recommend for those prioritizing quick beach access. We went during Memorial Weekend and were easily able to get a front row beach spot. Perfect location

We loved our stay during Spring Break from school. My friend and I traveled w our children (ages4-12) for a few days in the sun. The cottage is so close to the beach and the kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub! The house is in the perfect location to Rosemary or Seaside. Diane was helpful and communicated well before and during our stay!

I grew up in Kansas , but transferred to Panama City and loved the beach. When I moved back to Kansas for work, I missed the beach desperately. So 'Star Light, Star Bright, I wish upon the first star I see tonight'... and made my dream come true with this cottage. When the snow is falling in KS all I have to do is close my eyes and see the beautiful emerald waters and the sugar fine sand.

Why they chose this property

I have friends that own a cottage in the area. After staying in the cottage several times and bringing family down to enjoy, I knew it was where I wanted to be. I hope you and your family can enjoy the area as much as mine has.

The Cottages of Camp Creek is a small, family friendly area that is away from the hustle and bustle of Panama City Beach and Destin. It has easy access to surrounding communities Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seagrove Beach and Seaside. There is always something to do or you can enjoy the peace and quiet on your own.
