Gorgeous beach home has terrazzo floors with Oriental rugs and tasteful furniture that fill the living and sleeping areas. Bedrooms feature queen-size beds.

The large, glassed-in solarium (porch) of Villa Sounion serves as the third bedroom and overlooks the beach with fabulous views of the emerald water, dolphins, and exquisite gulf sunsets. Set on a bluff, wood decking and steps take you down to the gulf and crystal white sands. Fishing from the shores will ensure your dinner, and crabbing at dusk is an added bonus.
PLEASE NOTE: there is a four night minimum mid March through September and a four night minimum October through December.
Enjoy panoramic views of the emerald gulf in your private tropical home where you do not have to share walls with strangers. This home comes complete with your own private driveway and private parking. It is a quaint, older retro style stucco beach house that has been in our family for several generations and is reminiscent of past family beach holidays.
For those who golf, Panama City beach area has been chosen as the third best 'golf destination' in the nation
There is an option to split payments if necessary.

Lovely home in an amazing area.

Home as listed, well furnished, with everything our family of 5 needed to have a wonderful stay. We spent time in pcb and destin, but our favorite place was right in the back yard.

Great location with postcard view.

Located on 30A close to very nice dining and shopping. The beach is just steps away from the back door. Two bedrooms two bathrooms plus an additional sunroom that has a daybed and a futon. Full size washer and dryer. Check in/out was easy. We enjoyed our stay. The host was very polite.

Excellent location. Owner very nice.

Decor of property very dated. Could use a facelift. Outside needs to be cleaned up and manicured. Bats in the fireplace. Dog was on edge the entire time and made it difficult to relax. Overall it was a nice place.

As described

Stephanies house is just as described. Good location, very clean. May not be for everyone, but it was just what I was looking for and what I expected from the description. It is well stocked with most anything you will need. It definitely needs new mattresses, but otherwise was perfect.

We have stayed here several times and are always happy. The location is wonderful. The beach access is so convenient. We love that we can store our beach chairs under the stairs and don't have to take them up and down the stairs every day. I love they allow pets. My little dog loves laying in the sun in the back yard. I only have 2 small complaints. The wifi was spotty all week, which was a little irritating, but the owner took my call quickly and it seems to have been a provider problem. The backs on 2 of the lounge chairs had to be propped up on the house; the backs seemed to be broken. They probably should be replaced. Despite, those two small issues we were very happy with our stay. The owner is always easy to work with. Will stay again.

This Property Is a Mic Drop

Beautiful view, clean house, all the basics you need, plenty of hand/bath towels, pots/pans, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, bedding, etc. This was a great deal for the price. We have booked again for next year. Being on the beach was so relaxing, it as great not to have to pack everything for a day beach trip. Everything we needed was right up the stairs. It was so nice to be able to take our fur babies, please abide by house rules for pets so that pets will continue to be allowed. Host contacted us on check-in day and offered an early check in as the house was done being cleaned. There was one beach chair on the beach by the stairs, but we had taken our own. There is a Beach Chair Rental magnet on the refrigerator if you need to rent chairs for a week. Most relaxing vacation we have ever had!

Beachfront Escape

This property has some faults. Not only is it outdated, but it is also in need of repairs. On one of the bedrooms, one of the windows was partly falling out and I could see through gaps to the outside. I think I could have simply pushed the window out of the frame. However. This was not really a surprise given the previous reviews and pictures. We knew what we were getting when we booked. Which was THE BEACH! And boy did we get it. We spent 3 days either on the beach or just watching the ocean and gazing out. It was fantastic. I don't think you can beat the location at that price point!

Location, Location, NO ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS

After traveled 400 miles 2 adults, 2 teenagers a truck loaded down with the basics plus $200 worth of fresh seafood from Goatfeathers. I realized I had never received an access code. So around 4:00 I start calling and emailing the owner but never received any information to get inside our home. It is now 6:00 we are SPENT from the trip and pull up to this awesome location locked out. Miraculously one of the side doors wasn't latched so we BROKE in and started our vacation. Around 9:30 I did see an emergency number to call and the owner told me I had been calling the wrong number which she provided on the website. We would have been sleeping on the porch due to it being a land line (Her Land)line mind you. Rant over awesome location, older home but great spot..

AMAZING LOCATION, very cozy house with everything that needed for a relaxing vacation. Easy check in and check out, good communication with a property owner and manager. Rooms were neat and clean, kitchen equipped with necessary utensils, towels, etc. Beach umbrellas and chairs also provided. Beach was amazing, clean, not crowded. Very close to grocery store and nice restaurants.

Our young family of 5 had such a great time at this location! It was very clean and had the perfect amount of space for us. We loved that it was steps away from the beach and at a perfect location to rent bikes, go out to eat, (we also cooked meals and had what we needed in the kitchen). We also walked down the boardwalk at Deer Creek State Park, just a few minutes drive! We finished our stay on the beach watching the fireworks on the 4th of July. Hope to come back! The only thing was that we didn't have internet the first day, but they were diligent in responding and taking care of the problem. We loved this place!

Another great family vacation on 30A! Excellent location and very private. The sunroom isn’t air conditioned so we didn’t use it much because of the heat but the house has a lot of old classic charm. Owner and groundskeeper were very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our trip and didn’t want to leave!

Great place to get away and find peace.

It was great to get away from the grind and this place met every expectation. Close to so many options to eat and entertain. Also, great spot for some great bike riding.
