This home gives you the feeling of complete seclusion from the world around you. Yet, it is only 2 miles from town and 4 miles from the park entrance.

The river is a stone's throw away and can easily be heard from the back patio! The back yard is a dream playground for the children. Natural rock pathways wind through the yard and a plenty of rock hopping is available! The river is available for wading and playing. This is not a sandy beach location.

The living room offers a wood fireplace for those cozy nights. The massive windows in the living room provide views of the native vegetation and the river below. We have Wi-Fi, a landline (cell) phone, full size kitchen stocked with cooking supplies.

Master bedroom has a queen bed with an attached half bath. A private sliding door allows immediate access to the back patio and gives a comforting view of the gorgeous trees outside.

The second bedroom offers a bunk bed. The bottom bed is full size and the top bed is a twin. Plenty of closet space to unpack your belongings.

The second bathroom is located in the hallway and is a full size bath. There is a sink, shower, toilet and a stand alone deep bathtub.

The kitchen is stocked with microwave, stove, oven, toaster, dishes, pots and pans. The layout is long and narrow but wide enough for more than one person to help cook those family feasts!

We have forced heat and forced A/C.

We do not have gates or fences on the property. This means that access to the river is wide open. You are responsible at all times for your children and other guests. Please be responsible and safe around water!

We are located on the river but the terrain is rocky! We do NOT have a sandy beach to hang out on. This area is for the rock hopping nature and river lovers!
