About this property
A charming and authentic house, wifi, pool (possible to heat) enclosed garden
This is a charming authentic French house, with lots of period details including beautiful old tiled floors.
The spacious kitchen, with its high ceiling, opens out onto a covered terrace with a dining table and chairs. A few steps further on and there is a sun terrace and a private garden. Inside, the kitchen leads through to the living room, with its cozy seating area. Like most of our homes, this house benefits from a careful mix of modern comforts and period charm, including brocante finds and antique objects. Wifi gratuit, fast internet, fibre.
The sunny, completely fenced garden, facing south-west, has several shaded areas, ample garden furniture to relax in and while away the hours with a good book or a glass of local wine. It's possible to heat the pool en it's a salt water pool.
The house is located on the outskirts of the farming hamlet of Cazo, which benefits from no through traffic, making it an ideal place for families with small children.
The rolling countryside around L’Amandier invites you to explore it. Old track ways through the areas of garrigue and vineyards, full of Mediterranean herbs and butterflies, are seductive for long country walks, or leisurely rambles where, even in the summer, you are unlikely to meet anyone else. Or take to the quiet roads on a bike or go cross country on a mountain bike.
We are renting l'Amandier from Saturday to Saturday
