LE GARDEN - Vaste appartement avec Jardin et terrasse

We offer this 75m2 garden-level apartment for rent in Dinard, in a luxury residence with intercom and elevator. It comprises 2 bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, a lovely terrace opening onto a private garden, and can accommodate up to 5 people.
Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
Situated a quiet 15-minute walk from the beautiful Plage du Prieuré and the Parc de Port Breton, it is composed as follows:
Day area :
A beautiful, bright living room with a functional, fully-equipped open kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker... , a dining area with a convivial dining table, a lounge area with TV.

Sleeping area :
- One bedroom with Queen-size bed (160x200)
- one bedroom with 3 single beds (90x200)
- Bathroom with bathtub, vanity unit and heated towel rail
- Separate WC

Outside :
- a pleasant wooden terrace with garden furniture and a private lawn area.

The apartment is ideally located at the entrance to Dinard, in very quiet surroundings. You'll find all the essential shops nearby: a small supermarket and bakery are just a 10-minute walk away.
The center of Dinard is a 5-minute drive away, with an exceptional market every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
You can reach St Malo by boat shuttle from the pier or relax at the Emeria thalassotherapy center in Dinard.

Séjour à Dinard

Le logement est très agréable, bien placé près de la voie verte, d'une aire de jeux et très calme. Le jardin avec sa terrasse sont un vrai plus, même si nous n'avons pas pu en profiter. Le logement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons passé un séjour agréable. Petit bémol, le bip du parking ne fonctionnait plus et malgré un appel et un sms, nous n'avons eu aucun retour

Bcp de verres mais peu d'assiettes. un petit saladier quelques raviers ne nuiraient pas. Le Garden "Wir kommen gerne wieder 🙂 Großzügige, gut ausgestattete ud super gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit Garagenplatz. Schönes Bad und separate Toilette. Relativ kurzer (mit Auto) Weg ins Zentrum von Dinard. Schöne Terrasse. In der Küche sind neben Herd und Kühlschrank noch verschiedene Elektrogeräte (Wasserkocher, 2 verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen, Toaster, Spülmaschine) vorhanden. Das Doppelbett ist auch für große Nordeuropäer ausreichend. 🙁 Auf sehr hohem Niveau gejammert: in der separaten Toilette ist kein Handwaschbecken. Was hat der Architekt sich dabei gedacht? Platz wäre genug da. Für einen wirtschaftlichen Gebrauch der Spülmaschine gibt zu wenig Geschirr. Mit 5 Kaffeetassen und 6 Wassergläsern ist der Oberkorb noch nicht einmal halb gefüllt. Also doch von Hand spülen."

Appartement récent meublé de façon moderne

Nous avons apprécié ce logement notamment pour sa modernité, sa place de parking privée en sous sol, la courte distance pour rejoindre DINARD centre en voiture et sa situation pour effectuer les visites au sein de la côte d' Emeraude. La terrasse est exposée sud et est très appréciable.

Aan alle ramen automatische rolluiken. Hier willen wij wel wonen. 🙁 Er is weinig op te merken. Enkel 2 details: Ondanks dat de vloer net gepoetst was toen we toekwamen was de vloer toch wat plakkerig in de keuken. De batterij van de afstandsbediening voor de garagedeur is waarschijnlijk bijna leeg. Je moet vlakbij de garagepoort gaan staan voordat deze werkt. Beide zaken zijn snel op te lossen."

Le Garden The apartment was spacious and absolutely spotless inside (my daughter commented it looked brand new, like we were the first people ever to stay!). Comfortable and fully equipped. A little out of town but easily walkable to prieure beach and even town centre, and good supermarkets 10 minute walk so we found we didn't need to use our car which we like when on holiday. Good size garden too. Cocoonr office staff extremely efficient and helpful when we had a slight problem at checkout and couldn't reach our host. Great experience.

Le Garden Het appartement ligt in een mooie en rustige wijk. De woning is van veel voorzien al is bv.het glasservies zeer beperkt en is ook het bestek niet volledig wat soms best onhandig is. Het bed is op zich prima maar was voor ons net iets te hard. Het appartement beschikt over een inpandige afgesloten garage. Het centrum en strand liggen op 30 minuten lopen. In Dinard zijn veel terrassen en restaurants in alle prijscategorieën te vinden. Dat betekent niet dat het er goedkoop is; 5 euro voor een kop koffie of 7 euro voor een (klein) glas bier is best prijzig maar inherent aan een toeristische plaats. Als je in Dinard verblijft is een bezoek aan Saint Malo een absolute must; prachtige historische stad. Al met al in Dinard en omgeving een topweek gehad.
