Very bright apartment with magnificent views of the sea, the port, and the Bay of St Malo in the background, a city that you can reach by star in 10 minutes, departure nearby.
Simple and well equipped apartment.
You can do everything on foot, beach, local shops, intermarché, plus three large markets per week.
A very nice pedestrian stroll by the sea at the foot of the building, with sound and light summer evenings.
You will take your meals while admiring the sea.
LARGE TIDAL (large coefficients). You will be in the front row without leaving the apartment, sea view (high tide and low tide) of the window. Live show.

Sunrise views across the water.

A spacious and charming second floor apartment, well situated with superb views of the little port and the mouth of the Rance, and distant views to Saint-Malo across the water. Ideal for walks around the shoreline with access to beaches and also to the various restaurants along the promenade. The apartment has a well-fitted kitchen, including a dishwasher and washing machine. Madame Lugand made us very welcome, and we would not heitate to return there.

Excellent location. Lovely views from the apartment. Check in very smooth. Owner responsive and helpful. Sufficient kitchen and dining amenities for us to have a pleasant 4 night stay. Sufficiently close to food shops as well as beach, sights and ferry to St MaloOnly a few minor critiques - the mattresses are very basic and hard, we found them somewhat uncomfortable. And the fridge and closets had other people’s items in it (open water and juice bottles etc and personal clothing) - not a big issue but it didn’t feel like a rental apartment ready for guests - it felt more like it was someone’s home. That said we would definitely return.

Appartement avec très belle vue, mais intérieur à revoir... Mobilier pas adaptés pour 4 personnes(un canapé 2 personnes et deux fauteuils inconfortables, une petite table de salon miniature, ainsi que la Télévision, tabourets en guise de table de chevets. Traversins tres usagés. Cet appartement gagnerait à être sérieusement relooké.

Alles Nötige an Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung vorhanden. Für unseren Geschmack fast zu viele Dinge schon in den Schubladen. Das Bad ist gegenüber dem Bild Inserat erneuert - Pluspunkt dafür. Die Parkplatzsituation ist im Inserat unklar beschrieben. Es gibt keinen der Wohnung ausschließlich zugeordneten Parkplatz - Minuspunkt dafür. Kein Aufzug vorhanden, Wohnung im 2. OG. Alles in allem eignet sich die Wohnung super für einen entspannten Aufenthalt.

Accueil au top par les propriétaires, appartement très bien situé, très belle vue au 2ème étage, calme, on s'y sent comme chez soi avec toutes les commodités. Près du port pour prendre la navette pour Saint-Malo et près du centre ville pour les achats. De belles balades autour de Dinard.

Un grand appartement avec une vue magnifique

Nous avons, bien sûr, apprécié l'appartement et sa vue. La salle de bain est magnifique. Dans les autres pièces, il faudrait peut-être envisager d'améliorer l'éclairage... Le contact avec la propriétaire a été excellent. Un seul bémol : en ce week-end prolongé, il était pratiquement impossible de trouver une place de parking, d'autant plus que l'accès au parking du port était réservé aux clients.

Bel appartement Dinardais en bord de mer !

Appartement calme à 5' de la mer. Il est Fonctionnel, pratique, propre, bien entretenu et lumineux. La vue sur la mer est magnifique ! Les enfants etaient ravis des livres et dvd à leur disposition. Nous le louerons de nouveau, sans hésiter !
