Bright, comfortable and tastefully decorated, the 45 m2 apartment is located in a recent private and secure residence with lift and direct access to the garage in the basement. An 8 m balcony extends the living room and bedroom.
You can leave your car in the garage and do everything on foot from the apartment.

Situation:
The apartment is almost equidistant from the 3 main beaches of Dinard (Prieuré beach 10 minutes walk, St Enogat beach 12 minutes, Ecluse beach 14 minutes), Les Halles (open every day) and the city centre are 6-8 minutes walk away. The Joyeux bakery of Dinard, famous on the Emerald Coast, is 200 m away. Direct access to the greenway from the residence.
Depending on your desires, your walks on the paths of the Pointe de la Malouine and the Pointe du Moulinet will allow you to discover the exceptional seaside with a view of Saint-Malo, the many sumptuous listed villas of the Belle Epoque, the entertainment of the Ecluse beach. You can also enjoy the market on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays (one of the largest and most beautiful in the region) and the Casino. You can stroll through the shopping streets with its art galleries or relax in the Thalassotherapy centre.

Linen and cleaning costs are included in the rental price. However, you will be responsible for carrying out the following tasks before your departure: emptying the bins, leaving the toilets clean, rinsing the shower tray, emptying the dishwasher and putting away the clean dishes.

Transport:
Convenient access by train: TGV Paris – Saint-Malo (between 2h15 and 2h45) then bus link from Saint-Malo station (line 516) to Dinard (25 mn) - Médiathèque stop 200 m from the apartment.

Near Dinard:
Saint Malo 12 km (also accessible in 10 minutes by water bus from the Promenade du Clair de Lune), Cancale 20 km, Dinan 21 km, Cap Fréhel-Fort La latte 35 km, Le Mont St Michel 47 km. You can also go to the Channel Islands of Jersey and Guernsey by ferry from Saint-Malo.

Arrival and departure procedures:
The Beau Temps Belle Mer concierge will welcome you from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. They will contact you a few days before your arrival to arrange an appointment and will be at your disposal during your stay.
In case of late arrival after 8 p.m., an additional charge will be requested by the concierge (to be seen in advance directly with them).

Check-out until 10:00 am.
