Ideally located in the city center of Rennes, Arlequin is close to all transportation (bus, metro) and amenities (all shops nearby, parking) in the lively Les Halles district. It is suitable for a short stay for leisure/tourism, a professional trip of a few days or other (moving, professional transfer, period of work...). The apartment is ideal for 1 to 4 people with 1 bedroom with a real bed + 1 quality sofa bed in the living room (slatted bed base).

It is composed :

- A beautiful open and fully equipped kitchen (combined oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, dishes ...)
- A living room with a sofa bed, a flat screen TV with access to nearly 200 channels (TV freebox offer) and a desk area to work. You will have unlimited access to Internet via Wifi or ethernet cable
- A bedroom, where you can enjoy a double bed and a closet to store your things. Bed linen is provided and your bed will be ready when you arrive! It is also possible to provide a baby bed on request.
- A bathroom was completely redone in 2016 with a beautiful Italian shower, a functional basin and a washing machine. A hair dryer as well as an ironing board and iron are provided. Towels are also provided.

Neighborhood:

Bus station and République metro station at 5min walk. You are two steps from all the local shops but also from boutiques, restaurants, markets...
