The Cocoonr agency offers you for rental, in Rennes, this 25m² studio nestled in the heart of the most beautiful courtyard of the historic center, in the quiet of a 17th century residence classified as a historic monument. Ambre will welcome you alone or in pairs for a professional stay or a tourist visit to Rennes. Its contemporary and warm decoration blends perfectly with the history of the place.

Located on the 1st floor without elevator, the accommodation is composed as follows:
- A fully fitted and equipped kitchen: kitchen utensils, ceramic hobs, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine... as well as a comfortable high table for two people.
- A living room/sleeping area with a view of the courtyard and equipped with a double bed (160x200), cupboard with wardrobe.
- On the 1st floor duplex accessible by stairs, a bathroom equipped with a shower, a vanity unit, WC, towel dryer and hairdryer.

We emphasize access to the bathroom which may be more difficult for people with reduced mobility.

The apartment is close to all amenities, restaurants, transport and parking (Lices parking lot). You can do everything on foot.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park at Place des Lices, parking open from 4 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Ambre "Romantisch! 🙂 In einem historischen Viertel gelegen, waren die Unterkünfte ansprechend und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Möglichkeit Wäsche waschen zu können war super. Die Betten waren gemütlich. Der Bäcker war nur ein paar Schritte entfernt und der Markt war eine Augenweide. 🙁 Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind in der Tat etwas schwierig. Es steht jedoch ein Parkhaus kostenpflichtig zur Verfügung. Die Info dass man als Tourist nicht in die Altstadt fahren kann fehlte. Unsere Couch müsste ausgetauscht werden. Sie war leider sehr ungemütlich. Dass der Fernseher in einer Unterkunft nicht funktionierte wurde nicht vermisst."

We were so impressed with the accommodation and it was better than originally expected. It was so peaceful and had a lovely garden courtyard with great security gates. The bed was big and comfortable with lovely white cotton sheets. The place was immaculate and very clean. Thank you we will definitely come again. It was great value and right in the best part of Rennes. Just amazing. The host was responsive as we arrived early and she arrived within 20 minutes. Excellent"

Ambre We had an appalling experience during our 5 night stay. First off the cleaning condition of the apartment was not up to standard. There were spider webs alone the inside of the window panel and hanging from the ceiling. The washing machine just under the countertop where it is supposed for cooking and preparing food had a weird dried up food stain splattered across it. The floor appeared to never have been mopped before, the bottom of our socks were black from just walking up to the bathroom and back downstairs around the bed area. The spoons and forks were stained from previous use. No WIFI during the 5 day stay. No staff members taking care of our issuing and ignoring our issue. Unpleasant check out experience. Definitely not checking into any other locations from this agency!!!

Ambre "🙂 Very quaint property, our studio had a fabulous view over a picturesque courtyard. Location was great, right in the heart of the Old Town. The apartment was very well equipped with all essential appliances. 🙁 Perhaps more comfortable chairs to sit on. Only 1 adult size whicker chair which was not very comfortable. The other chair was a tiny whicker child's chair. Also a slow closing mechanism on the wooden entrance gate to reduce noise."
