You are here in the heart of the city and all the centers of interest (restaurants, shops, outings, bars, etc.) but benefit from absolute calm. Located on the ground floor of an old building with the typical charm of Rennes half-timbered buildings (secured by digital code), Cocon Urbain can accommodate you alone or in pairs for a professional stay or a tourist visit to Rennes.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A bright living room with a sofa bed, a TV, a dining area.
- An equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, hob, sink, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, kettle...
- A mezzanine bed accessible by a comfortable straight staircase. Equipped with a double bed (140x190). Note that the height of the mezzanine is low.
- A bathroom with shower, sink and WC

The apartment is close to all amenities, restaurants, transport and parking (Lices parking lot). You can do everything on foot.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park at Place des Lices, parking open from 4 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Je reviens au mois de mai du 13 au 19 mai. J'espère que votre logement sera libre. 🙁 C'était super. Les seuls bémols étaient le fait que la cours extérieure avec chaises et table est condamnée (il faudrait sûrement retirer les photos ou prévenir les locataires à l’avance car, de notre côté en tant que fumeurs, nous avions sélectionné cet appartement pour ce détail et avons finalement dû sortir fumer dans la rue), le lecteur de DVD ne fonctionne pas et (avis aux allergiques) les poussières au niveau du couchage (mezzanine) ne sont pas faites du tout sur les poutres et la table de nuit. Sinon très bon séjour et l’emplacement est idéal."

L'endroit était paisible et aurait pu être encore plus plaisant si la terrasse avait été accessible, malheureusement elle n'était pas nettoyée. Cela a été un petit regret, mais dans l'ensemble, j'ai passé un bon moment.
