We had a wonderful stay! The property management was communicative, check-in & check-out were seamless. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-appointed. My kids enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub, community grill & fire pit. It was an easy walk to the town & gondola. We had two master suites with king beds, and then the bunk bed room had a big bunk bed-seemed like it was a full over queen, so 3 kids shared that space easily.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review Lisa! We’re thrilled to hear that your family enjoyed the property and that everything from check-in to check-out was seamless. It’s great to know the kids loved the pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub, grill, and fire pit. We’re also glad the sleeping arrangements worked so well for your group. We’d love to welcome you back anytime for another great stay! ~ SummitCove Lodging

This was our first time staying in Keystone. The condo itself was nice and clean and well stocked. It says this condo sleeps 10 which is how many we had. It's a little on the small side for 10 adults, but we booked late and it was only for one night. I picked this place over the other available ones because it is so close to the Gondola. I thought it would be awesome for them to just get up and go. Unfortunately, there is only one parking space near the condo itself so we had to park our other cars in the overnight parking in the keystone resort lot. I asked the host ahead of time about parking and was told there was one garage parking spot and then pay parking in the outdoor lot, but I was under the impression that the outdoor lot was actually by the condo. If they had told me which "lot" it actually was, I would have booked a different place. We tried to utilize the ski storage for a few sets of skis so at least a few people could go right to the gondola, but the door is broken. It locks and unlocks, but won't stay closed. And it's tiny so nowhere near enough space for everyone's equipment. We didn't think it was nice to put all the wet dirty equipment in the condo nor did we want to drag it all up 4 flights of stairs. There are 2 elevators, but one is out of order and the other one is super slow and busy. We ended up leaving the equipment in the cars and I shuttled everyone back in groups in the morning which entirely defeated the purpose of a ski in/out place.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Naomi! We’re glad you found the condo clean, well stocked, and convenient to the gondola. We do want to clarify that this property is not advertised as ski-in/ski-out, though it is one of the closest walk-to-lift options in Keystone. We’re sorry for any confusion regarding parking and the ski storage — we appreciate your comments and will share them with the team to improve clarity for future guests. We understand how equipment logistics can be challenging, especially with the elevator out of service, and we appreciate your patience. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again for a smoother experience.

Check in was smooth via text and email and property was clean and ready. Spacious with plenty of room. Key pad access to all doors on the property eliminate the need for keys which is great with multiple occupants. We've stay at the Springs previously and always enjoys the property and location which is close to the shops, restaurants and the lifts.
