Its capacity is 8 people: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
It has two terraces in exotic wood and two gardens facing East & West.
Located in a quiet and wooded environment, your children can play safely in this beautiful area.
You can do everything on foot: the Market, the bakery, the mini-markets, the shops, the Restaurants, the beaches of Penon and l'Agréou ...
As for the cycle paths, they pass right in front of the Residence.
The town of Hossegor being nearby, you can also enjoy its many activities: Lake, Golf, Tennis, Shopping ...
The household linen is provided to you and is included in the rental price.

Parfait pour un court séjour en famille

Séjour très agréable à proximité de la plage, des commerces et du marché de la tranquille station de Seignosse. La maison de Philippe est bien agencée et très bien équipée avec notamment une agréable terrasse. Hôte prévenant et réactif.
