Beautiful beautifully furnished T3 apartment located in MontgenĂšvre residential area convenient to the plants that are reached by skis. It is composed of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms kitchen complete with microwave and kettle lavostovigle and living room. Available for the comfortable stay of 6 persons can accommodate babies and small children.
Wonderful balcony / terrace where you can admire a breathtaking view of the mountains and where you can soak up the sun thanks to its southern exposure. A bedroom and a second bathroom are located on the mezzanine floor. The house has a garage.

Lovely chalet

Really comfortable stay in cosy chalet. Short walk to village/regular ski buses to main ski area. Recommended.

lovely chalet in a great location, perfect for a family

Stayed here as a family of 5 , great location, plenty of space, very clean , ski 20 meters from the door ,underground car park and amazing views over Montgenevre. we had a great week here and will definitely be back. Thank you very much.

Appartement spacieux, bien entretenu et équipé, aide immédiate de l'hÎte

Nous avons passĂ© une semaine de vacances au ski trĂšs agrĂ©ables, Ă©tant une famille de trois gĂ©nĂ©rations. L'appartement est idĂ©alement situĂ© juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de l'Ă©cole ESF, d'un arrĂȘt de bus, d'un supermarchĂ©, d'une crĂȘperie/boulangerie, d'un magasin de location de skis et d'un restaurant. L'intĂ©rieur est spacieux et bien Ă©quipĂ©. Le balcon dĂ©passe les attentes. Le bĂątiment est situĂ© dans une partie calme et pittoresque du village. Nous avons eu un besoin de rĂ©paration dans la cuisine, qui a Ă©tĂ© traitĂ© instantanĂ©ment par l'hĂŽte avec des plombiers arrivant peu de temps aprĂšs notre message et rĂ©solvant le problĂšme efficacement. Merci, Grazie! Trois petites suggestions d'amĂ©lioration : - merci d'indiquer dans l'annonce que le linge de lit fait l'objet d'un supplĂ©ment ; - la porte de l'appartement avait Ă©tĂ© trĂšs difficile Ă  ouvrir (presque impossible pour un enfant) ; - l'entrĂ©e principale (Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la porte du garage) mĂšne Ă  travers un trottoir glissant recouvert de glace (facile Ă  tomber).

Appartement tres agreable et hote tres agreable et à l'ecoute. Le volume de cet appartement est tres appreciable, sa localisation et son equipement. Petit bemol sur les couchages (sauf pour la chambre) pour des adultes (donc canapé et futons) mais Francesca m'a deja dit qu'ils devaient etre remplacés prochainement. C'etait une tres bonne semaine !

Appartement trĂšs charmant

Appartement charmant, fonctionnel, trĂšs bien dĂ©corĂ© et equipĂ©. On s’y sent comme chez soi et c’est donc trĂšs agrĂ©able. Les pistes sont trĂšs proches, ce qui est aussi trĂšs pratique et on peut tout faire Ă  pied. En revanche, l’annonce mentionnait 2 SDB alors qu’il n’y a qu’une salle de douche et un petit cabinet de toilette. Du coup, Ă  5 dont 3 ados, c’est un peu juste pour que tout le monde puisse prendre sa douche aprĂšs le ski ;)

SĂ©jour calme et reposant

Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© l'accueil discret et efficace de Francesca. L'appartement est chaleureusement dĂ©corĂ©, trĂšs belle vue, accĂšs direct aux pistes et aux cours de l'ESF. Le garage est Ă©galement apprĂ©ciable mais il est vrai que les manƓuvres sont complexes si grand vĂ©hicule ;D) Nous sommes ravis de notre sĂ©jour Ă  MontgenĂšvre chez Francesca, nous espĂ©rons pouvoir y revenir l'annĂ©e prochaine . Chalet de charme idéalement situé

Accueil trÚs sympathique des hÎtes. Appartement trÚs spacieux et lumineux situé au dernier étage. Beaucoup de charme et à proximité immédiate de deux pistes de ski permettant de rejoindre les deux versants. Le parking est trÚs difficilement accessible sauf pour de petites voitures mais possibilité de se garer dehors. Nous y reviendrons sans aucun doute!

A lovely apartment in a great setting

We very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. The apartment had great views, it was well equipped and very comfortable. The children loved their mezzanine bedroom with it's own ensuite. We loved the quiet location. It was opposite the ski bus stop to the main ski area and almost ski to the door. Thanks very much to the friendly owners who kindly met us at the airport with keys and a warm welcome.

Chalet idéalement situé à cÎté des pistes et du point de rassemblement pour les cours de skis. L'appartement est impécablement entretenu, spacieux, joliment décoré et chaleureux. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et souriants. Nous reviendrons ! Karine
