We deep-clean after every guest to be sure that we have done everything to ensure that our property is virus and worry-free. All reachable surfaces you might touch have been meticulously deep-cleaned and sanitized with Lysol for a stress-free getaway. This new home was only built last September so it's a new environment you'll be coming to anyway.
The mountains are open and beautiful this time of year with miles of trails or just rest and enjoy the beauty. My property has an elevation of 3200 feet above sea level so you will enjoy the crisp clean air of the Great Smoky Mountains.

Located on a wide flat road five minutes from Gatlinburg and the National Park and 8 minutes from the attractions in Pigeon Forge. We have parking for 6 cars on our large driveway. Located on one end of the resort surrounded by green space which will provide a quiet mountain experience. Enjoy sitting and enjoying the mountains from our covered porches and rear deck.

THE POOL is shown in the property photos and is a private pool located just a few hundred feet from the property. It has key-code access. The pool is rarely used because people are mostly out going to to local attractions (like Dollywood) during the day. More than likely you'd pretty much have the pool to yourself.

Very nice experience with Outback Rentals. We planned an impromptu Gatlinburg getaway, and were lucky to find this house -. Booking was easy over the phone, prices were some of the most reasonable I have seen , esp regarding cleaning fee , etc. Check in was a breeze, home was very nice, very clean, and my teenage girl group enjoyed the space very much. The internet was Fantastic, large smart TV, beds very comfortable, just a lovely retreat for the weekend.

Loved our time at the Swagman Inn! It was the perfect setting for us and our dog. We felt very safe and secure in the gated neighborhood and it was a great place to be able to take our dog for walks. We saw lots of bunnies and even the local bear made an appearance. We missed him but some others staying in the area took pics. The cabin was very nicely appointed, comfy, and had all we needed. Sabrina was very quick to respond to any questions we had which is always reassuring when staying at an Airbnb. Overall a joy and would highly recommend.
