House located on the Malmont, hill overlooking the town of DRAGUGNAN. 1.5 km from the town centre, south-facing house.

Infinity pool 12 metres by 5.3 m, depth from 1m to 2 m on a gentle slope. A pool house and a large covered terrace equipped for relaxation and meals by the pool form a fenced set for the safety of children (aluminium table and armchairs, 1 deckchair per person, solar shower, gas plancha, dishwasher, microwave, sink, crockery, refrigerator top).

House:
On the ground floor: hall, a bedroom of 15 m2 bed 180 wardrobe. Bathroom with shower, bath, bidet, two sinks. Separate toilet with washbasin. Equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, 5 gas hob, dishwasher, Tassimo, fridge, food processor). Dining room and living room of 45 m2 (2 3-seater sofas, television, WIFI). Pantry with 7 kg washing machine, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner and freezer.
Upstairs: two bedrooms of 13 m2 with bed of 140 and large cupboard, a shower and sink and a separate toilet Terrace tropezienne.
Baby travel cot

Covered terrace: teak table and chairs.
Terrace under wisteria and olive arbour: 2 teak deckchairs
Shaded terrace (mulberry, strawberry tree) teak table and chairs

Ravissante maison

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette jolie maison où rien ne manque. Excellente literie. Cuisines parfaitement équipées. Seuls les moustiques ont été agaçants. Sinon c'est très calme et la vue est très belle. Merci à Fabienne pour l'excellent accueil.

Très bon séjour !

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans la villa. L'accueil a été très sympathique, et tout était conforme aux photos et au descriptif : la maison est belle, spacieuse, bien entretenue et bien équipée. La piscine à débordement est superbe : dimension parfaite pour s'amuser et faire des longueurs, bien ensoleillée avec une température aux alentours de 28°. Nous avons passé beaucoup de temps au pool house, du petit déjeuner au dîner. En résumé, d'excellentes vacances.

Villa, piscine et pool house, que du bonheur

La villa est très agréable, accueillante et spacieuse. Mais le plus c'est la piscine et son pool house, on peut y passer le plus clair de son temps, y vivre pendant toute la journée (gaz, frigo, plancha, lave vaisselle). Placée sur les hauteurs de Draguignan, ville très agréable, la vue est magnifique. Les propriétaires sont charmants, toujours disponibles et très réactifs en cas de besoin. En résumé, que du bonheur.

SEJOUR "LES PIEDS DANS L'EAU"

Maison et extérieur très agréables et propices à un repos absolu. Tout existe autour de la piscine, aux dimensions suffisantes pour des adultes, pour y vivre pendant la journée (gaz, frigo, plancha, lave vaisselle). Literie confortable. Propriétaires discrets mais toujours joignables et réactifs. Facilement accessible mais voiture indispensable !
