"Villa Soleil des Adrets" offers approx. 140 m2 of interior living space on two levels, a large solarheated private pool (10x5m) in landscaped surrounds plus covered large terrace for outdoor living. Set in beautiful secluded grounds of 1.500 m2 with mediterranean trees and Provencal flora. This beautiful villa is fully equipped and offers at any time of the year peace,relaxation and recovery. From here you can reach the lively centres of Cannes, Nice and Antibes in only a few minutes. In about one hour drive you get the glamorous Saint-Tropez in the south and Monaco in the north.

By car the mediterranean sea and the breathtaking bay of Cannes are only 15 minutes away. The lake 'Lac de Saint Cassien,' which begins right behind the resort offers another contrasting alternative to the lively beaches and city life.
The south-facing terrace with its large swimming pool offers an uninterrupted views over the valley and our little village.

The French Riviera is famous for its mild Mediterranean climate. Even in winter on sunny days the temperature can reach between 15 and 20 °C. August is the warmest month but even in summer temperatures rarely exceed the 30°C.

With over 300 sunny days in the year the 'Villa Soleil des Adrets' promises clear holiday mood in a family-friendly surrounding.

Modern high-quality windows, the large Sauna, our secure fire place in the living room and the underfloor heating in each room promise a relaxing and comfortable stay also during the colder period of the year.

By the way, during your stay you will use the property (villa and pool) alone! As experienced French Riviera fans, we know that this cannot taken for granted...

Ideal für Familien

Das Haus entspricht 1:1 der Beschreibung und ist voll umgänglich ausgestattet. Die Dusche im EG ist ein Traum, wie auch der große Pool. Die Hängematte war auch fast immer von einem Familienmitglied in Beschlag genommen. Die Informationen in der Infomappe seitens des Vermieters sind mit großer Sorgfalt auf die Bedürfnisse der Gäste abgestimmt. Der Ort an sich ist ruhig und liegt doch nahe der voller Leben steckenden Code Azur. Für alle Geschmäcker von Südfrankreich Urlaubern ist was dabei. Wir verzichteten weitgehend auf Ausflüge, da das Feriendomizil und die direkte Umgebung uns alles geboten hat, was für einen erholsamen Urlaub notwendig ist. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir empfehlen das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter!

Traumhafter Aufenthalt!

Wir hatten eine ganz wunderbare Woche in der Villa Soleil des Adrets! Das Wetter war traumhaft, genauso wie das Haus und insbesondere der Pool (und die Sonnenuntergänge)! In echt sieht alles noch viel schöner aus als auf den Fotos! Man merkt, dass das Haus von den Eigentümern selbst genutzt wird, Ausstattung und Einrichtung sind perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und tatsächlich das Haus/den Pool selten verlassen. Um mehr von der Provence zu sehen, müssen wir nochmal wiederkommen;) Der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern war sehr angenehm und verbindlich, wir haben zu allen Fragen eine schnelle, ausführliche und hilfreiche Antwort erhalten. Die Abstimmung mit Sally, der Verwalterin, hat auch wunderbar funktioniert! Alles in allem eine tolle Zeit! Die Villa Soleil ist absolut empfehlenswert!

Wunderschönes Domizil in perfekter Lage

Mit 4 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern haben wir im Sommer 2016 zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Das Haus hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Es ist gepflegt und hat eine sehr angenehme Größe für zwei befreundete Familien mit genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten im Innen- uns Außenbereich. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich toll! Alles was man für einen entspannten Sommerurlaub braucht, ist im Haus vorhanden. Dies gilt sowohl für die Küche (Geschirr, Kochutensilien, etc.), das Wohnzimmer (umfangreiche DVD Sammlung, Bücher, etc.), das Kinderzimmer (Spielzeug, Bücher, etc.) als auch für den Außenbereich und Garten(Poolspielzeug, Sonnenliegen, Pool-Handtücher, etc.). Das umfangreiche Handbuch mit allem Wissenswerten zum Haus, zur Umgebung und mit schönen Ausflugstipps ist sehr hilfreich und macht es einem einfach, sofort anzukommen und sich wohl zu fühlen! In direkter Umgebung (2 Minuten zu Fuß) gibt es einen kleinen Laden, in dem man morgens sehr leckere Croissants und Baguettes kaufen kann. Ebenfalls in der Nähe befindet sich der Lac de St. Cassien (5 Minuten mit dem Auto), der in jedem Fall einen Besuch wert ist! Ansonsten ist die Lage des Hauses als absolut ideal zu bezeichnen: Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten an der Küste können schnell erreicht werden. Auch der direkte Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Alle Fragen wurden sowohl im Vorfeld der Buchung als auch während des Aufenthalts umgehend und freundlich beantwortet. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und sehnen uns schon jetzt zurück! Tolles Haus, wunderschön gelegen, ideal angebunden

Ich war nun zum zweiten Mal in diesem Haus und immer noch so begeistert, wie beim ersten Besuch. Der Blick ins Tal zum Sonnenauf- und untergang ist atemberaubend! Im Haus fehlt es an nichts, die Besitzer haben an alles gedacht und sind in der Kommunikation stets verbindlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Cannes, Nizza, Monaco oder Sant Tropen. Es gibt aber auch jede Menge anderer kleiner Orte, die man von hier aus schnell und leicht entdecken kann. Im Örtchen gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt mit köstlichem, täglich frisch gebackenem Brot und Baguetten - sehr zu empfehlen und nur 3 Fußminuten vom Haus entfernt. Ich kann dieses Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen, wenn man Komfort, Ruhe, Erholung, Schönheit und das Besondere sucht. Ich komme ganz bestimmt auch ein drittes mal wieder und hoffe, dass die Besitzer es noch viele Jahre vermieten wollen.

Traumhaus in Traumumgebung

Hallo, wir haben eine traumhaften Urlaub in diesem Traumhaus verbringen dürfen. Unsere Erwartungen sind in Bezug auf Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Lage und Landschaft bei weiten übertroffen worden. Gerne würden wir wiederkommen und dieses Haus ein weiteres mal, auch als Ausgangspunkt, für die vielen Freizeitgestaltungsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe buchen.

sooooo schön!

Liebe Familie Traub, nochmals herzlichen Dank, dass wir unseren Urlaub in Ihrer schönen Villa Soleil des Adrets verbringen konnten. Unsere Kinder waren begeistert und wir überlegen, im nächsten Jahr wieder zu kommen. Am besten hat uns die Ruhe am Pool gefallen. Besten Dank auch für die vielen guten Ausflugtipps. Der Tagesausflug zur Schlucht war bombastisch und gut, dass wir Ihren Rat gefolgt sind, und früh losgefahren, sonst hätte nwir das nicht alles geschafft. Das Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert!

Entspannungsoase mit perfekter Anbindung

Wir haben in diesem wunderschönen Haus eine Woche mit unseren Freunden verbracht. Kaum zuhause angekommen, sehnen wir uns schon wieder zurück. Wer einen Blick für das Schöne hat, traumhafte Aussichten liebt, Ruhe liebt und dennoch gut angebunden sein will, ist in diesem Haus perfekt aufgehoben. Man ist weit weg vom großen Trubel, aber dennoch so gut angebunden, dass man in nur 20 bis 25 Autominuten in Cannes oder Nizza ist. So kann man sich jederzeit ins Leben stürzen und dann in eine traumhaft schöne Ruheoase zurückkommen. Das nennen wir perfekten Urlaub! Das Haus selbst hält alles, was es verspricht und sogar noch mehr. Der Ausblick ist noch viel schöner, als es Bilder wiedergeben könnten. Ganz gleich, ob morgens beim Frühstück oder beim Grillen zum Sonnenuntergang, wir waren jedes mal aufs Neue fasziniert von dem schönen Ausblick. Auch die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben schon viele Ferienhäuser gemietet, aber hier merkt man, dass sich die Vermieter wirklich Gedanken gemacht haben und es ihnen wichtig war, dass man sich hier auf jeden Fall wohl fühlt. Besonders genutzt haben wir auch den großen Pool. Wenn man hier drin liegt und den Blick über das Tal schweifen lässt, das war sooooo erholsam. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder und würden das Haus sofort weiterempfehlen. Ein Tipp von uns: man sollte auf jeden Fall einen Wagen haben. Es gibt zwar für das Nötigste einen kleinen Supermarkt, der in 5 Fußminuten erreicht werden kann, aber die Cote d´Azur hat so viel zu bieten, dass es schade wäre, nicht den einen oder anderen Ausflug zu wagen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub, es passte alles

Ein wunderschönes Haus für 4-8 Personen. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es fehlte nichts, die Ausstattung ist optimal, sowohl in der Küche, als auch in Bezug auf Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Badeutensilien und Unterhaltung wie z.B. Spiele, Tischtennisplatte, DVDs. Der Außenbereich mit dem großem Pool, dem schönen Garten, dem "Aussenesszimmer" und der Sauna ist einfach wundervoll. Die Zeit ist leider im Fluge vergangen. Wir waren mit 2 Familien davon 4 Kindern in der 1. Woche da, dann zu viert. Alle waren begeistert, die Kinder wollten nicht mehr an den Strand, da es am Haus einfach nur schön war. Die Umgebung lädt ein, Vieles sich anzuschauen, genauso wie ein ganz toller Badesee 5 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Haus entfernt. Das gesamte Haus war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Wir waren nicht das letzte Mal da. Fazit: alle Bewertungssterne und wir kommen wieder. Vielen Dank Fam. H. aus NRW

Traumurlaub wie im Bilderbuch!

Eine wunderbare Villa mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die ein perfekter Urlaub in Südfrankreich braucht. Gut ausgestattete Küche, schöne Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer und die perfekte Wohlfühl/Wellnessdusche!!! Hervorragende Anbindung an alle interessanten Ausflugsziele! Wir konnten uns keinen besseren Urlaub vorstellen. Diese Villa ist 1a!!! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Great holiday in marvelous villa!

We had a great time in july in this great villa from the family Traub! The villa is very clean and is very luxe. Everything you wish for is there. Clean and warm pool. Enough parking place and enough room inside for 2 families with 4 children. Sauna and room with welness bathroom is present. The watertemperature of the shower is always warm. Also there is a washing machine available. The villa is near the highway and within 20 minutes you're in Cannes. Is this a dreamvilla? Yes for that price it definitly is. Is there really nothing to complain about? Well, wifi connection could be a littlebit faster maybe and an airco would be the finishing touch of the villa and a must, especially in the childrens room when the temperature is rising outside above the 33c. These are the only things we can think about and criticize. But if you want to have a great holiday destination this villa really is the place to be! Rgds. Fam. Degen&Zwart

Traumhafte Villa

Wir hatten ein wunderschönen, erholsamen Familienurlaub! Wir brauchten nur unserer Kleidung mitzunehmen, alles andere (Spielsachen für die Kinder, Bücher, Handtücher, Bettwäsche...) war reichlich vorhanden! Die Villa ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und der Außenbereich lässt keine Wünsche offen! Gerne kommen wir noch einmal wieder! Es war der schönste Urlaub, den wir bisher hatten!

Before we purchased our own villa, we were never totally happy with the houses we rented for our vacations. Very often the owner of the house was still living in the house or in an annex of the house or on the same propoerty. In those cases we never lost the feeling of been permanently observed. We are not living in France. If you rent our villa, you are the only guests and alone on the complete property.

Ca. 30 minutes from Nice Airport by car to the house. Very quiet area, not directly visible from neighbours, you have a wide view of the valley and the village Esterets du Lac . The heated pool is surrounded by palm trees. And in just a few minutes you are in the hot spots of the French Riviera.
