"Villa Soleil des Adrets" offers approx. 140 m2 of interior living space on two levels, a large solarheated private pool (10x5m) in landscaped surrounds plus covered large terrace for outdoor living. Set in beautiful secluded grounds of 1.500 m2 with mediterranean trees and Provencal flora. This beautiful villa is fully equipped and offers at any time of the year peace,relaxation and recovery. From here you can reach the lively centres of Cannes, Nice and Antibes in only a few minutes. In about one hour drive you get the glamorous Saint-Tropez in the south and Monaco in the north.

By car the mediterranean sea and the breathtaking bay of Cannes are only 15 minutes away. The lake 'Lac de Saint Cassien,' which begins right behind the resort offers another contrasting alternative to the lively beaches and city life.
The south-facing terrace with its large swimming pool offers an uninterrupted views over the valley and our little village.

The French Riviera is famous for its mild Mediterranean climate. Even in winter on sunny days the temperature can reach between 15 and 20 °C. August is the warmest month but even in summer temperatures rarely exceed the 30°C.

With over 300 sunny days in the year the 'Villa Soleil des Adrets' promises clear holiday mood in a family-friendly surrounding.

Modern high-quality windows, the large Sauna, our secure fire place in the living room and the underfloor heating in each room promise a relaxing and comfortable stay also during the colder period of the year.

By the way, during your stay you will use the property (villa and pool) alone! As experienced French Riviera fans, we know that this cannot taken for granted...

A fast WiFi internet connection is of course included. So also during your stay, you can answer emails from the pool, listen to your favorit radiostation (outdoor bluetooth speakers) and stay in touch with with your friends arround the world. More details you will find on our own webpage

We have been travelling to the French Riviera since 17 years and we know lots of different houses and of course the area very well. Before we purchased our own villa, we were never totally happy with the houses we rented for our vacations. Very often the owner of the house was still living in the house or in an annex of the house or on the same propoerty. In those cases we never lost the feeling of been permanently observed. We are not living in France. If you rent our villa, you are the only guests and alone on the complete property.
All our positive guestbook entries confirm, that we did the right things to make our guests happy and to offer a wonderful holiday place that leaves no desires unfulfilled.

Quiet, undisturbed relaxation, comfort and yet centrally located in the heart of the Cote d`Azur.
Ca. 30 minutes from Nice Airport by car to the house. Very quiet area, not directly visible from neighbours, you have a wide view of the valley and the village Esterets du Lac . The heated pool is surrounded by palm trees. And in just a few minutes you are in the hot spots of the French Riviera.

Our villa is located in the most beautiful part of the French Riviera, only 15 minutes to the family friendly beaches of Mandelieu. By car you can reach all points of interests in less 1 hour. In only half an hour you are in Nice airport and the property is very quiet.
