Apartment in a luxury residence (Parc Lucie), on the road to the beaches (50 m from the nearest beach, sea down the residence) but close to the city center (you can stay in the apartment without a car, the shops are all within a radius of 500 M and those in the city center accessible in 1/4 hour on foot or by the Ajaccian buses which are very efficient).
The apartment is in new condition and has all the comforts (Wi-Fi, 2 TVs, washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, necessary kitchen .....) except dishwasher.
It is decorated with a large terrace. Private parking space.

A clean Apartement

All in all it was a nice Apartment. We missed only a Wine Bottle opener. Both lamps beside the beds was defect. The ocean view is great. The handling of the garbage is difficult.

Thank you for your appreciation. There WAS a bottle opener, but, sometimes indelicate hosts like to take a "souvenir". As far as I'm c9ncerned, I prefer shells :-) As concerning the lamps in the bedroom, it may happen the the ampoules are out of ordre. In that case, don't hesitate: buy them and ask Sonia to repay. At last the garbage local is a little far (~100 meters from the exit of the building), but the construction has been choosen at that place 1. To avoid disturbing smells in a land where the sun beats strong 2. To avoid the meeting with boars always trying to find sth to eat in the bins

L'appartement était tout à fait conforme à l'annonce, très bien équipé, rien ne manquait pour passer un très bon séjour, même un parasol pour la plage, très appréciable quand on vient en avion. La climatisation fonctionnait parfaitement. L'accueil par Michèle a été parfait. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Depuis la première prise de contact jusqu’à la libération du logement tout s’est déroulé parfaitement. Nous avons été reçu par Michelle qui nous a très agréablement accueilli et présenter l’appartement.Celui ci est très bien équipé, et bien situé (petite plage juste en bas de l’immeuble 3min. Boulangerie et Spar à 10min à pied).

Très joli appartement avec vue superbe sur la baie. Bonne communication avec le service de conciergerie pour l'arrivée. Hébergement très calme.Pour information pas de climatisation dans la chambre, seulement dans le salon. Il n'y a bien qu'une chambre, le deuxième couchage est un canapé BZ. Nous avons dû échanger avec Abritel lors du départ pour des frais de linge et de ménage que la conciergerie nous demandait alors qu'aucune mention n'était présente dans l'annonce. Abritel nous a donné raison

Très bon séjour dans un logement propre, fonctionnel, bien équipé et bien placé. La personne qui gère l'arrivée et le séjour est sympa et efficace.Seul bémol : nous n'avons pas très bien compris l'annonce en la. Nous pensiosns qu'il y avait 2 chambres alors qu'il y a une chambre isolée et un canapé lit dans le salon/pièce de vie.

ile de beauté

il est trop injuste que tant de beautés se concentrent sur cette terre corse.La Corse est un pur diamant comme la vue du balcon le matin lorsque nous prenions notre petit déjeuner et que le corsica ferries du matin glissait silencieusement sur une mer laiteuse amenant son lot de visiteurs venant du continent.Delphine aussi est solaire comme son pays,seulement dommage que les draps du lit n'étaient pas aux bonnes dimensions...LOL on vous embrasse

Très bon accueil, magnifique vue sur la mer! Appartement parfaitement équipé. Petite plage sauvage en bas de la résidence, un régal quand on aime le calme. On peut quasiment tout faire à pied. Je recommande ce logement. Merci
