Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The first floor is home to 2 guest bedrooms with king beds, both with private bathrooms, one with shower only and the other with shower/tub combo. The second floor - the heart of this retreat - is where you'll find the primary bedroom featuring balcony access and a private bathroom with a shower and soaking tub. Two more guest bedrooms are on the third floor, both with 2 twin bunk beds, 1 twin sleeper, and private bathrooms.

Make your way to the gourmet kitchen on the second floor, which is something to behold: A gas range, top-of-the-line Wolf and Subzero appliances, marble countertops, and designer cabinets. It opens to the dining and living rooms highlighted by box beam ceilings and crisp white colors. Just off the kitchen is a wonderfully convenient wet bar, complete with a wine fridge, ice-maker, and sink. Balcony access and proximity to the wet bar makes for a wonderful evening spent with loved ones. Adjacent to the main house is the fully self-sufficient carriage house, complete with a kitchenette, walnut floors, balcony, queen bed, and a bathroom with shower only. Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments, as well as be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
