About this property

Family villa with swimming pool, between sea and mountains.

The house is located in a peaceful place 2km from the hamlet of Abbazia, 5km from Ghisonaccia and 15km from Solenzara.

The villa is very bright thanks to its bay windows gualandages and has large terraces.
Large plot of 4000m2 fully fenced.The house is fully air conditioned.

Charcoal barbecue for outdoor dining by the pool.

The pool is 8m * 4m and 1.30 deep.

An independent bathroom with Italian shower and bath and a bathroom in the master bedroom with dressing. The bedding consists of two beds 140 * 190 cm and two beds 90 * 190cm, bed linen is provided and towels not provided.

At 100m from the house, departure from a small path allowing a small hike to the village of Prunelli passing by
the remains of an old convent and you will enjoy the panoramic view of the eastern plain. The plain
eastern which has the largest expanses of fine sandy beaches, such as Pinia beach, Calzarellu, Quercione.
The house is not far from streams that will allow you to enjoy their natural pools like the rivers of Bavella, Travo, Abatescu or Varanu.

Ein sehr sauberes, großzügiges und modern ausgestattetes Haus in absolut ruhiger Lage. Es liegt am Rand des kleinen Ortes Abbazia. Supermarkt und Bäckerei wenige Autominuten entfernt. Zu den wunderschönen Stränden ca. 15-30 min. Autofahrt. Laurent ist ein toller Gastgeber. Der Pool ist wunderbar gepflegt und eine Wonne.Absolute Empfehlung für Familien oder Gruppen mit bis zu sechs Personen. Wir haben alles sehr genossen.

Vacances de rêve dans une splendide maison tout confort et très bien située. Cadre idyllique et calme, magnifique terrain arboré avec une très belle piscine. Superbe séjour au calme, maison parfaite

Nous avons passé une semaine des plus agréable dans cette maison tout confort. L'endroit est paisible, aucun vis à vis et vue dégagée sur la nature. On peut apercevoir vaches, chèvres et sangliers a la tombée de la nuit. Petit supermarché a moins de 2km très pratique. Et enfin le proprio est vraiment sympa, aux petits soins tout en restant discret. Merci M. Lorenzani pour votre accueil et nous avoir confié votre jolie propriété. Tolles Ferienhaus in wunderbarer Lage

Wir waren als sechs-köpfige Familie in diesem großartigen Ferienhaus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Viel Platz, tolle Lage, gute Ausstattung und natürlich der Pool als Highlight für die Kinder lassen uns diesen Urlaub in bester Erinnerung behalten. Der Vermieter ist freundlich, flexibel und kümmert sich bei Bedarf um die Angelegenheiten. Französischkenntnisse erleichern die Kommunikation. Die Lage bietet sich als Ausgang zur Erkundung des ostwärtigen und südostwärtigen Kosikas bis etwa ins Landesinnere an. Den Norden und Westen zu sehen ist zwar prinzipiell möglich, dann verbringt man allerdings viel Zeit auf der Straße. Zusammengefasst: Jederzeit wieder !

Relax lontani dal caos!

Siamo stati benissimo in 6 in questa villa dotata di ogni comodità e ben accessoriata. E' in una posizione comoda per esplorare la regione montuosa centrale con le sue foreste, torrenti, e paesini arroccati, ma siamo stati colpiti anche dalla bellissima spiaggia di Pinia, a 10 minuti di macchina. Il proprietario è molto disponibile e parla bene italiano!

La villa est magnifique avec la piscine qui permet de se délasser Les environs sont beaux mais il faut faire un peu de route pour visiter les curiosités (Bonifacio Corte Calvi) mais c’est le point idéal pour visiter l’ensemble de la Corse

Tolles Haus ohne wenn und aber!

Wir waren 14 Tage in diesem tollen geräumigen Ferienhaus mit 5 Personen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Top Vermieter, der auch während unseres Urlaubs Pool und Garten in akkuratem Zustand hält. Die Ausstattung ist komfortabel und modern. Der Pool wurde alle zwei bis drei Tage früh Morgens gereinigt. Das Haus liegt ein bisschen ab vom tollen Sandstrand (mit dem Auto ca. 5 Minuten) und hat nur einen Nachbarn. Ansonsten Natur und Ruhe pur. Die Lage ist optimal für alle Erkundungstouren auf Korsika.Der Vermieter Laurent ist zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Obwohl wir kein Französisch sprechen hat unsere Kommunikation mit App und Füßen super funktioniert!

Sehr schöner Urlaub / Französisch zwingend

Top gepflegtes, großes Haus, das außerhalb der Saison von der Vermieterfamilie bewohnt wird. Große Kühlschränke, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind sehr hilfreich. Die Klimatisierung ist gut. Echtes Highlight ist der Pool. Entspannte Abende auf der Terrasse sind garantiert. Eventuell etwas Insektenvertreibendes parat haben. Der Vermieter kommt gelegentlich vor Sonnenaufgang und kümmert sich um den Garten (Gießen etc.) und Pool. Kommunikation auf französisch ist mit ihn zwingend. Eine kleine Wildschweinrotte jenseits des Zauns dient der effizienten Entsorgung der organischen Abfälle. Wer etwas unternehmen (Berge, Strand) möchte benötigt zwingend ein Auto. Wir haben den Urlaub äußerst genossen.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dépaysante au calme. La maison est très bien équipée et la piscine tout simplement parfaite ! Erholsame Tage in einem ruhigen Ort!

Insbesondere der vorhandene sehr saubere Pool hat uns während der heißen Tage immer wieder eine schöne Abkühlung gebracht. In 5 Autominuten (Offroadstrecke) ist man nahegelegenden weitläufigen nicht überfüllten Sandstrand. Idealer Ausgangsort fernab der großen Touristengebiete für die Erkundung der Insel. Auto ist allerdings zwingend erforderlich. Das Haus war voll klimatisiert und sehr sauber. Für große Menschen ab 1,80m könnten die Betten etwas länger sein. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und kann viele Tipps zu Touren/Wanderungen und sonstigen Ausflugszielen machen. Zusammengefasst: Jederzeit wieder!
