About this property

Marbella extraordinary sea view 138 m² and 98 m² terrace

Very spacious accommodation, ideal for those seeking tranquility, 3 large separate bedrooms, very large living room, fully equipped kitchen, huge terrace made of 3 different parts; all this in a rather small community, in total 7 buildings and 50 apartments. Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 4-level building; the car park is located on the top floor and you have to go down two floors by a wide staircase to get to our apartment. There is an elevator to the restaurant on the 1st floor, but in practice it is not used because the car is parked at the top of the building.

Travelers access
Access is compulsory via Elviria which is 7 km before Marbella (coming from Malaga). You have to take the road that goes up into the mountain and when you arrive at La Mairena you have a splendid view of the coast.

The apartment is located on the territory of Ojen, which is a small mountain town, but the access to Ojen is very poor (sandy route), so you have to access via ELVIRIA, this is also where the shops, restaurants and beaches.

I am not present on the spot, I live in Belgium, but I have someone on site who can help you in case of problems.

It is advisable to have a car; at least if you plan to go to the beach frequently;
If you only want the apartment to stay there most of the time, you can also take public transport to Elviria and from there take a taxi.

The car parking is located inside the community which is secured with an access gate.

The apartment facilities are as follows:
- cold and hot air conditioning by ventilation
- large screen HD TV with cable channels and all French satellite stations
- high density wifi
- in the kitchen: ceramic stove, electric oven, dishwasher, large American fridge, microwave, fruit juice extractor, kettle, coffee percolator, espresso machine, robot mixer, toaster, electric barbecue table, britta, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, iron,
- all household linen is provided, bath towels, bath mats, kitchen towels, sheets,
- in the bathroom you will also find a hair dryer
- equipment is available for the beach: beach chairs, beach tent, parasol
