About this property

House & pool near beach, Nîmes and Montpellier

In the heart of the Gard Camargue, 20 minutes from the beaches (Le Grau Du Roi, La Grande Motte), 20 minutes from Nîmes, Montpellier and 40 minutes from Saintes Marie de la mer, come and stay in our warm, peaceful house on 750 m2 of green and shaded land with secure swimming pool (4 by 8).

Our house is ideally located for visiting the major surrounding cities (Nîmes, Arles, Montpellier, Uzes, Aigues-mortes, Sommières ..) and / or enjoying sunbathing or sea bathing.

Housing:
Our house is very pleasant to live in, functional and very well equipped.
(dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, microwave, TV, VCR, internet and Wi-Fi).

It has shaded grounds and a large pergola (south and west) for lunch in the shade.

Our house consists of:
On an air-conditioned floor:
- 3 bedrooms: - 1 bed 140/1 bed 160/2 beds 90
- 1 bathroom: 1 shower and 1 bath
- 1 WC
From a ground floor:
- 1 large bright and warm living room: kitchen open to the living room and the living room
- 1 other living room (with possibility of an additional bed for 2 people)
- 1 play corner for children (very popular with children and parents)

- 1 garage

The neighborhood:
A small playground is located near the house.

A train stop is a 5-minute walk from the house. There are fewer than 10 trains per day, but never at night. This train is a Micheline of three wagons serving Nîmes / le grau du roi. You can even take it to Cailar to go to Aigue-Mortes or to the sea. It is not a nuisance because passes little, slowly ... (It even has a little folk touch!).

Séjour d'exception

Laetitia et Frédéric nous ont superbement accueilli dans leur somptueuse maison, leur gentillesse et leurs attentions nous ont beaucoup touchées, d'ailleurs grâce à la cagette de légumes de leur potager nous n'avons pas eu besoin d'acheter quoique ce soit au marché. En espérant y revenir bientôt on vous souhaite le meilleur.

Comme à la maison

Maison très agréable où nous avons tout de suite trouvé nos marques. Un plus pour l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires qui nous ont également très bien renseigné sur la région que nous ne connaissions pas. Les commerces essentiels se trouvent au village de Le Cailar et nous avions même pris l'habitude d'aller boire un petit café le matin au café du village. En résumé nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et nous conseillons cette location.

We zijn heel hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaren met een hele mand vol heerlijke groente uit de eigen moestuin. We hadden een klein probleem met het toilet wat gelijk werd opgelost. Tip misschien om het sanitair eens na te lopen. Het was prettig communiceren met de eigenaren. Rustige omgeving met af en toe het treintje dat langs komt.

Maison spacieuse, climatisée et confortable. Belle piscine propre et ensoleillée. Plusieurs plages à moins de 30 min de voiture ou en train. Au mois de septembre si vous recherchez le calme ceci est l endroit idéal. A proximité de toutes les villes touristiques Le Cailar est le bon compromis. 4 passages du train en bord de la propriété pas gênants en septembre. Attention août : apparemment plus de passages

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. Nous avons été accueillis par des boissons fraîches et des petits cadeaux de bienvenue. Les enfants se sont bien amusés à la piscine, la profondeur était idéale. La semaine est passée trop vite !
