BEAUTIFUL 3 ROOMS QUIET AND BRIGHT SEA VIEW

Ideally located 5 minutes walk from the sea and the beautiful sandy beaches and the city center, this beautiful apartment is on the 2nd floor with elevator. It is completely renovated with all comfort, very friendly, very bright with sea view. The sun in the morning for a quiet lunch on the terrace and the afternoon to read or rest in the shade of a large pine. Parking included.
It is in a very quiet street but in 5 minutes you will find many restaurants, supermarkets, bars, casino, entertainment.
The region is rich with beautiful landscapes, coves, boat tours, mountains, museums. It is close to Cannes
(10 minutes by train) and about a few hours drive from Nice, Monaco, Italy and on the other side Saint Tropez, Saint Raphael ...

L'appartement correspond tout à fait à la description. On s'y sent très bien. Il est très bien équipé, lumineux, calme et fonctionnel. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous y reviendrons certainement! Très bon accueil.

Super Wohnung

Schon die Fotos der Wohnung waren sehr vielversprechend und auch die anderen Bewertungen. Da waren wir natürlich sehr gespannt, ob alles wirklich so positiv ist. Das können wir nach unserem Aufenthalt mit einem klaren „Ja“ beantworten. Wir hatten erst relativ kurzfristig vorher die Wohnung gebucht. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war immer super schnell und sehr freundlich. Von der Terminabstimmung über einem Willkommensgruß bis hin zu Rückversicherungen, dass alles passt – wir fühlten uns rundum umsorgt. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet – es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Top-WLAN, Geschirrspüler, schöne Balkonmöbel, Parkplatz im Hof. Das Appartement ist modern und liebevoll eingerichtet und vom Standard deutlich höher als die üblichen, vergleichbaren Wohnungen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier absolut. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ebenfalls optimal. Strand, Geschäfte und Restaurant sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen. In einer Nebenstraße gelegen, ist die Wohnung dennoch sehr ruhig. Auch alle Highlights der Cote D'Azur sind von Antibes aus schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben uns hier rundum wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder buchen.

Très bien, belle résidence.

Bel appartement climatisé, vu sur mer, dans un quartier calme et très agréable ! Plage et restaurants à proximité ! Tout est réuni pour passer d'excellentes vacances !

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir (Familie mit 4 Personen) haben im Juli/August 10 sehr angenehme Tage in dieser sehr schönen Wohnung verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin und auch mit der zuständigen Agentur (Consierge) war sowohl vor als auch während unseres Aufenthaltes klasse. Die Beschreibung im Inserat passte sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet - und super ausgestattet. Sehr gutes Internet und sogar Netflis. Es hat an wirklich nichts gefehlt. Sogar eine Flasche Wein und Marmelade / Honig wurden uns von der Gastgeberin bei unserer Ankunft bereitgestellt. Die Lage ist herforragend (sehr ruhige Gegend, aber dennoch nur 5 min zu Fuß ins Zentrum (Bäckerei, Supermärkte,Restaurants) und zum Strand. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Balkone (einer nach vorne und einer auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes). Sehr angenehm war auch der Parkplatz im Hof. Alles in allem würden wir die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen und kann mich hier nur noch einmal recht herzlich beoi Michelle bedanken.

Schöner Urlaub an der Cote d'azur

Sehr schöne Wohnung, die alles bietet, was man sich als Urlauber wünscht. Sehr gute Ausstattung, sowohl an E-Geräte wie Geschirr/Gläser. Auch das Haus selbst sehr gepflegt und sauber. Tatsächlich herrlicher Meerblick vom Esstisch aus, 2 schöne Balkons.

Lovely appartment

We had a wonderful time in this appartment. It was just renovated and is situated in a very quiet surroundings. As we arrived late in the evening, the owner took care of the most necessery things like water etc. We really can recommand this house and we will try to book it again next year. Best regards, John B
