The gourmet kitchen is equipped with a six-burner stove, two ovens, two dishwashers, granite countertops, and lots of space for meal preparation. Off of the kitchen, a beautifully appointed sunroom is waiting for you to watch the sun rise over the ocean with your morning coffee. Large dining area table seats 16, so everyone can dine together. Along with the exquisite great room, a luxurious master bedroom suite can also be found on the top level. The suite features a gas fireplace, whirlpool tub, separate tiled shower, and deck access.

The middle level features a spacious den with comfortable seating, TV, and game table. Four master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, can be found on this level. One master bedroom suite has an adjoining room with a daybed and trundle bed, which is perfect for families that want to keep little ones close.

The entertainment hub of the home can be found on the bottom level. The generously sized rec room has a pool table and foosball for a little friendly competition between loved ones.
