Coastal Cottage is perfect for a large family or group of friends looking to make the best beach memories together. Spacious and beautifully decorated, this home has a private yard with a patio and gas grill, and is a great place to host a family barbecue. The well-equipped full kitchen features new appliances, granite countertops, and everything you might need to prepare your favorite meals. Gather in the spacious living area with new leather, reclining furniture, and a 70-inch TV. With five cable-equipped TVs in total throughout the home, you'll never be lacking in entertainment options. You and your guests may also enjoy Maravilla’s new pickleball and tennis courts, as well as shuffleboard and the two swimming pools, one of which is heated in winter.

Coastal Cottage is a stand-alone home located within the gated Maravilla Beach Resort. Maravilla’s private beach access is just a short walk away. Be sure to rent some beach chairs from the beach attendant for comfortable lounging in the sand! If you’re looking to dine out, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, with several offering beachside dining. Shop at any of the many stores of the Silver Sands outlet mall and the Destin Commons shopping center, or find that perfect beach souvenir at a local beach shop.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Plenty of room

We loved the layout of the house. Large open spaces but the cooling system was not able to keep the whole house cool enough and the ceiling fans were very noisy and look like they were going to fall but they had to be used. The bunk bed room was so hot my kids could even sleep in there we moved mattresses to other rooms of the house. The floors also needed a deep clean.

I overall loved the house. The space was everything. The beds were super comfy. I loved having all the family games. The location was great. I would definitely recommend this home

Very Relaxing

We enjoyed our stay very much; we made good use of the grill provided and also used the tennis court and pool on the Maravilla property; We love the location - about a 7 minute walk to the beach; we had a couple minor issues and the property manager was very quick to respond to our requests! Will stay here again! Thank you

The property location, kitchen/bath supply, rooms layout, management communications, everything is good. Only one concern, cleaning must be better.

House very unclean

Upon arrival house was not clean. Towels still in washer roach on blinds. Was not given proper beach gate code, was listed having 2 chairs and umbrella on beach but they didn't mail check so I had to pay. Tried calling vacasa multiple times without a return phone call in regards to any of the issues except for someone showing up to spray for bugs
