Welcome to our beach house "Latitude Adjustment" ! We always DISCOUNT stays 7 days or longer! Our home is recently renovated and under new management to serve our guests in the most personal way possible.
This adorable home is very spacious and has everything you need to enjoy the perfect family vacation.
Located in the upscale neighborhood of Emerald Shores, Latitude Adjustment is just a short walk to the private beach. This spacious home has 4 bedrooms, 1 additional bunk bed, 3 full bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 12 people. The downstairs area has a large living room, open dining room and kitchen, laundry area and a full bath. The second level of the house has a master bedroom with ensuite bath and balcony, 2 guest bedrooms and the second full bathroom along with a bonus twin over full bunkbed. The second floor also features a wrap-around balcony with beautiful views. The third floor has a bunk bedroom with a twin bunk over the full bed and a balcony overlooking the entire neighborhood! The adorable house along with its tranquil backyard and relaxing porches will definitely leave a lasting impression!

**HUGE BONUS** Latitude Adjustment is just across the street from the main pool and we include a 2-chair/umbrella beach setup from March to October!***

Emerald Shores features 95 resort style homes, in a gated setting. There are 2 pools, one is seasonally heated, tennis courts, basketball, shuffleboard, sidewalks, a private beach Pavilion with bar (seasonal), a tram service (seasonal) plus much more.

I can’t say enough nice things about the hosts. They even had homemade cookies waiting. Garbage bags and dishwasher tablets were plentiful which is so nice and shows the hosts go above and beyond.

Great Place

Good location. Very well stocked in stuff you don't usually see at vacation rentals like hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. Would stay here again!

The BEST Vacation!

We recently stayed at Latitude Adjustment and I can’t wait to go back! The entire process was flawless from start to finish. The booking process was so easy and communication from the host and owners made it even better. When we arrived to the house, we were all so impressed with the location, how clean everything was and how well furnished it was. There wasn’t a single thing we needed that they didn’t have or provide. The private beach was absolutely beautiful! The beach attendants were so accommodating to anything we needed. It was also nice that the pool is right across the street from the house. We are already starting to plan our next trip to Miramar beach and will definitely be staying at this location again. It was the BEST experience!

If you are flying in and don't have a car, don't worry! Not only are you walking distance to several wonderful restaurants, there is a dollar general within walking distance that can provide plenty of groceries for your stay! Also, we often use instacart to deliver groceries from local grocers!
