Thank you for sharing such thoughtful feedback and for rating your stay an 8 out of 10. We are glad you enjoyed the location, pool, hot tub, and amenities in the home. We are very sorry for the issues you experienced, especially with the blinds, lighting, bunk room mold, and the uncomfortable pullout couch, as well as the lack of follow-up on the reported concerns. Your comments about check-in and checkout times are also helpful and will be reviewed. We will use your detailed notes to address these problems and improve the experience for future guests.

Thank you for this review Marie. We certainly appreciate all of this feedback and are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay. We are scheduling a professional clean for the carpets. We are working to identify a solution for the condensation above the dining table and do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We have given all of this feedback to the portfolio manager for the property and will address the housekeeping team accordingly. We would love to see you again in the future. Kindest Regards, Your Southern Team

Hello Manuel, thank you for your review and feedback. We deeply apologize if we missed the mark on customer service. We do have several ways guest can contact us, whether by text, phone call, or secure messages. Unfortunately we did not receive any texts for you, so we do hope you have our number correctly. We are sorry your reservation was after a hurricane that made our beautiful area lose internet and cable for a little over 5 days. Because this is such a great location, we do get a lot of guests, which means a lot of up-keep and wear and tear. We are currently working with the management team to get items replaced. We do apologize again for the property not being ready for your reservation. We sincerely hope you choose to stay with us again so we can show you the definition of a true 5-star stay. Kindest Regards, Your Southern Team

Thank you for this review Linda. We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed your vacation. We will certainly take a look at the carpet in the doorways and the sofas and will work with the owner to make any improvements. We are happy to report that the water by the AC vent above the dining table was just condensation and that the microwave handle has been repaired. We apologize for any confusion over parking in the neighborhood. This property does allow for a maximum of two cars and that information is reflected on our listing. We would love the chance to see you again in the future! Kindest Regards, Your Southern Team
